"前台幫升了房，送了早餐，十分感謝。 房間硬件沒得説，總體住的還不錯。 提兩點建議： 1. 好好檢查一下房間的窗户，我住的房間窗户是漏風的，倒不是冷不冷的問題，房間很暖和，而是半夜颳風的時候，呼呼的風聲特別大。設施0.5扣在這裏。 2. 早餐備菜不夠。早餐供應到10點，我8點半就下樓了，釀皮和甜醅都已經沒有了，放了個標簽，寫的啥我忘了，類似已經沒了請諒解這種。我9點吃完的時候，這倆也還沒補上。顧客到一個地方，主要就是想吃一些當地的特色食物，一直缺貨實在是不合適。服務1分扣在這裏。"

"The staff at this hostel is very kind hearted and welcoming — we even received a free room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise! The interior is cozy and the location is also great, with a nearby bus stop, multiple restaurants and a supermarket."

"The service staff was very helpful and polite, from the staff at the main entrance to the front desk, at the restaurant where i had breakfast and also the housekeeping staff. All of them tried their best to help whenever i have queries."

"Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!"

"compared to the picture the room is much 'cheaper' and dirtier. The location is fairly central but it's situated within a park so it's not that easy to find and hard for a car to go in the area and maneuver. The staff are very sweet and friendly. Not terrible but not worth the money."

"I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is."

"在最近的一次旅行中，我選擇了這家酒店作為我的住宿地，它的服務質量和住宿體驗都超出了我的期待。 首先，酒店的地理位置優越，交通便利，無論是前往景點還是商務活動都非常方便。進入酒店大堂，就被其典雅而精緻的設計所吸引，每一處細節都體現了酒店的用心和品味。尤其是前台接待非常熱情，也很有耐心，辦理手續的速度也很快。 我入住的房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，讓我感覺非常舒適。床鋪柔軟舒適，房間內設施齊全，無論是洗漱用品還是娛樂設備，都一應俱全，讓我感到非常便捷。 酒店的服務也非常出色。工作人員熱情友好，無論是前台接待還是客房服務，都讓我感到賓至如歸。"

"酒店的名稱叫“xx設計師酒店”，我認為應該叫“xx被設計師坑酒店”，房間內設施設計得非常坑，比如： 1淋浴花灑安裝位置非常矮，需要扎馬步才能洗頭。 2沒有乾濕分區，洗澡會把馬桶紙巾全部弄濕。 3最坑的是淋浴區沒有阻隔水流的擋水條，洗澡時水會蔓延到卧室，我們三個人洗澡三次，水淹卧室三次。 4洗澡用品無處安放，連沐浴露洗髮水都是粘在牆壁上，一按就掉了。 5水吧旁邊還有一個可以拉出來的裝置，不知道幹嘛用的，也沒有看到説明書。 6最燒腦的是，水吧下面放酒杯的抽屜，拉出來時會被酒杯擋住，酒杯是拿不出來的。雖然我們不會使用這個酒杯，但是非常好奇當初它們是怎麼放進去的，研究了半天無果。 7整個房間沒有桌子和凳子，還好我們帶了露營的桌子，再跟服務員要了幾衹小凳子。 確實，這個酒店處處都能體驗到設計感，但這可稱為逆向設計，設計得非常不好用，也許是我們愚鈍，無法理解這樣前衞的設計吧。"
