While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. "此次西寧之行，最幸運的選擇便是入住西寧新華聯索菲特大酒店，而讓這場五星體驗更添光彩的，是專屬管家小張全程無微不至的照料，從抵達酒店的那一刻起，便被這份超越期待的服務深深打動。酒店坐落於城西區核心地段，對面就是新華聯購物中心，出行購物極為便利，30分鐘車程即可抵達機場，地理位置堪稱絕佳。剛下車，小張便已等候在門口，主動接過我們的行李，熱情地為我們介紹酒店的佈局與高原注意事項。辦理入住時，她早已提前備好氧氣罐和紅景天飲品，貼心叮囑我們初到高原避免劇烈運動，這份細緻入微的關懷瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。走進客房，40平米的寬敞空間佈置得雅緻温馨，法式設計元素與本地文化巧妙融合，淡雅的色調搭配索菲特獨有的MyBed™概念卧具，觸感柔軟舒適，讓人一眼就心生歡喜。浴室裏全套香氛洗護用品散發著迷人香氣，熱水供應充足，洗去一身風塵後倍感愜意。更驚喜的是，小張記得我們同行中有長者，特意協調了朝向安靜的房間，並額外添置了加濕器，細節之處盡顯用心。入住期間，小張的服務更是面面俱到。每天清晨，她會提前確認我們的用餐時間，在錦廚全日制餐廳為我們預留好靠窗的位置，餐廳裏海鮮、牛排、本地特色青稞餅等菜品豐富多樣，新鮮美味的三文魚刺身和法式焗酥皮海鮮濃湯讓人回味無窮，小張還會根據我們的口味推薦隱藏菜單，讓味蕾體驗更加精彩。某天我們計劃前往塔爾寺，小張提前一天就為我們規劃了最佳路線，預訂了靠譜的車輛，還提醒準備日用品和飲用水，甚至細心標註了景區內的休息點和衞生間位置。遊玩歸來，她早已安排好客房清潔，房間內不僅煥然一新，還貼心地將我們晾曬的衣物整理妥當，床頭櫃上的迷你吧也補充了新鮮的飲品和小食。酒店的配套設施同樣無可挑剔，室內恆温泳池水質清澈，星光點綴的池畔環境浪漫愜意，小張得知我們想游泳，提前確認了泳池人數並準備了浴巾。健身中心器材齊全，SPA中心的傳統療程讓人身心放鬆，結束後小張還特意送來温熱的薑茶，暖心又暖胃。離店前一天，我們想品嚐地道的西北美食，小張推薦了酒店的中餐廳。提前為我們預訂了包廂，餐廳的手抓羊肉和特色麪食味道正宗，服務周到，讓我們大飽口福。退房當天，小張早已提前辦好手續，幫我們安排了叫車服務，還為我們準備了酒店定製的伴手禮。是一個小氂牛呀。好可愛的。臨行前她仔細核對了我們的行李，反覆確認送機車輛的時間，直到看着我們順利上車才揮手告別。全程下來，小張的服務始終保持着專業且熱情的態度，響應及時、做事高效，既不會過度打擾，又能在需要時第一時間出現，真正做到了“有求必應，無需多言”。無論是酒店本身的豪華品質、優越位置、豐富餐飲和完善設施，還是管家小張無可挑剔的貼心服務，都讓我們感受到了五星級酒店應有的水準與温度。這裏不僅是高原上的舒適驛站，更是傳遞法式生活藝術的使者，若下次再來西寧，必定再次選擇這裏，也由衷感謝小張的全程陪伴，讓這場高原之旅變得格外圓滿難忘！"

"I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is."

"The rooms are very big and spacious! Really helps one feel relaxed. The only problem we experienced was that there was a smoke smell in our rooms which was a surprise given we had selected non smoking rooms. The hotel staff made things right though immediately after we complained by switching our rooms. The rest of our stay was great. The location is pretty good with a lot of halal eating options nearby."

"明天就要回家了，躺在酒店的床上寫下個這評價，第一次帶全家來西寧，遇見這家酒店真的特別開心。首先衞生真的做的很好，有一次性馬桶墊，一次性洗漱用品，每天把衞生做的很好。更重要的是這家店真的在用心經營，從大廳的裝修風格到房間的設施設備包括衞生，服務態度都無可挑剔。住宿中遇見的各種問題，從基層服務員到經理都在第一時間解決，回覆消息及時！！!走的時候孩子喜歡房間的海星香皂，經理還多送了幾個！！!!祝酒店越來越好！！！"
