According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling on business.
"Excellent location close to shopping and subway, heart of town. The lovely staff especially the housekeeping team at Floor 9B and the courteous and helpful staff at the restaurant. We loved the complimentary tea breaks and 银耳汤 and did lots of laundry as they thoughtfully provided 3 machines and a dryer in their laundry room. We had just spent 8 dusty days travelling Qinghai and Gansu so this amenity is such a blessing before we continue our journey to Shanghai.
What I didnt like was that the hotel was located in a building shared with a few other hotels and lots of offices so the lift has lots of other people sharing and somehow isnt private and is slow. Also to hail a cab, you need to go out to the main road because the building has no driveway.
But for the price we pay, the value way exceeds the cons."

JJamesHarrisI will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

XXueerxiaoxiaowu非刷好評，回到北京後特意想起發佈。
記憶點是房間藏式裝修很漂亮（可惜忘記拍房間內部照片了）三人間房頂是兩盞八瓣蓮花燈，總體很温馨。（每個房間名字都是很雅緻的“蓮x”，像進了玄幻修仙界……）
洗浴環境很好很乾凈，洗得時間長了也不會沒熱水，衞生間空間較大、私密性好不透明且依舊裝修風格明顯漂亮。
服務特別好，服務員會來教怎麼用房卡開門，詢問周邊景點也會耐心盡心地迴應。
對於評論中説到的床的彈簧明顯、床較硬問題：確實存在，但是是個別床存在，和服務員説可以幫忙改善，視當時房間情況更換房間或拿新被子來幫忙吧硬一點的床鋪好。
總之是一次很好的入住體驗。

He even helped with my luggage, arranging pickup and drop-off. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team of staffs that genuinely cares about guest satisfaction.

Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best
We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it.
The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean
Breakfast provided for every day too.

MM637678****明天就要回家了，躺在酒店的床上寫下個這評價，第一次帶全家來西寧，遇見這家酒店真的特別開心。首先衞生真的做的很好，有一次性馬桶墊，一次性洗漱用品，每天把衞生做的很好。更重要的是這家店真的在用心經營，從大廳的裝修風格到房間的設施設備包括衞生，服務態度都無可挑剔。住宿中遇見的各種問題，從基層服務員到經理都在第一時間解決，回覆消息及時！！!走的時候孩子喜歡房間的海星香皂，經理還多送了幾個！！!!祝酒店越來越好！！！

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed.
