Bu ev her bakımdan güzel. Avantajlarını şöyle sıralayabilirim: 1) Öncelikle tabii ki ev sahiplerini (Nick ve Raquel) iptal etmemiz gerekiyor. (İki inanılmaz derecede nazik, enerjik insan) size her şeyi anlatacaklar: nerede yemek yiyeceğinizi, nerede yürüyüş yapacağınızı, nereye gideceğinizi ve ne göreceğinizi. 2) Bu kadar harika sahipleri varken, bir o kadar da harika bir ekip (Jappet, Avigail) uyum içinde çalışıyor. Tatil boyunca yanımızdan bir an olsun ayrılmadılar, ayrıca birçok sorumuzu cevapladılar ve her konuda yardımcı oldular) 3) konum. Mekan, ana hareketliliğin çok uzağında değil (yürüyerek 20 dakika, üç tekerlekli bisiklet veya mopedle 5 dakika). Ama aynı zamanda yeterince uzakta, sessiz, sakin ve rahatlatıcı. Panaxama Plajı boyunca yürüdüğünüzde neden daha uzakta yaşamanın daha iyi olduğunu anlayacaksınız. 4) Seni üç tekerlekli bisikletle şehre götürebilirim, sahipleri mopedleri de kiraya veriyorlar (şehre göre birkaç kat daha ucuza), bundan daha ucuzu yok. 5) Ek bir ücret karşılığında otelde kahvaltı da alabilirsiniz (omlet, mango ve pastırma, tost ile lezzetli Amerikan kahvaltısı) 6) Yüzme havuzu var, temiz, bakımlı, geceleri de açık 7) Oda oldukça küçüktü ama ihtiyacınız olan her şey vardı (özellikle klima). Odalar her zaman temiz, yatak çarşafları vücuda hoş geliyor ve duş almak için temel bir set mevcut. 8) atmosfer! Ne kadar keyifli ve mutlu akşamlar geçirdik orada! Hiçbir fikrin yok! Ve biz orada kaldığımız süre boyunca komşularla o kadar iyi anlaştık ki, saatlerce oturup birbirimizle ve ev sahipleriyle sohbet edebildik! Burada her şey ev gibi: sıcak, ruh dolu, atmosferik!! Böylesine harika bir ev için teşekkür ederim!

I recently spent three unforgettable nights at Badian Island Wellness Resort, and I can confidently say it was a remarkable experience from start to finish. **Location**: Nestled on a pristine beach, the resort offers breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and lush greenery. The serene environment is perfect for relaxation, and the nearby attractions, including stunning waterfalls, are easily accessible. **Staff Behavior**: The staff at Badian Island were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing personalized service that truly made us feel special. **Food**: The dining experience was delightful! The restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring local and international cuisine, all expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Each meal was a culinary journey, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood and traditional Filipino dishes. **Special Touch**: We also celebrated our son's birthday during our stay, and the resort graciously arranged a small cake for us. It was a lovely surprise for him that made the day even more beautiful. Overall, my stay at Badian Island Wellness Resort was nothing short of magical. The combination of stunning location, outstanding service, and delicious food made it a truly memorable getaway. I can't wait to return!

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Everything went smoothly, from the warm welcome to the comfortable rooms and excellent service. The staff were always helpful, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience. Definitely I will back 👍

Отличный отель в горах в джунглях, с прекрасным видом на долину и отличным бассейном. Прекрасное место, чтобы отдохнуть от городской суеты и насладиться уединением с природой. Ухоженная зеленая территория, за которой тщательно следят и ухаживаю, небольшие, но уютные виллы. Достаточно демократичные цены на напитки и блюда по меню, а так же услуги Спа. Очень плотные завтраки а ля карт с возможностью выбора из множества вариантов как европейских, так и местных филиппинских завтраков. Один нюанс, который вызвал заминку в момент заселения: сотрудники отеля начали осматривать наши продуктовые пакеты, в которых были некоторые закузки, напитки, а так же бутылка шампанского. Выяснилось, что у отеля есть «свои правила», о которых предварительно не сообщается и которые не указаны в описании отеля в момент бронирования. Суть в том, что отель взимает комиссию за каждую бутылку алкоголя, напитки и еду, которую Вы привозите в свой оплаченный номер. За множество лет путешествий с такими правилами я не встречался ни разу и это вызвало недоумение. Почему я не имею права есть и пить в своем оплаченном номере все то, что хочу?! Да, на бассейне и в ресторане, я заказываю блюда и напитки по меню, но почему не могу вечером в номере выпить бокал своего шампанского, так как предложенные в меню отеля варианты либо мне не подходят по сорту винограда, либо просто в баре нет позиции вин, предложенных в меню. В итоге, конечно, сотрудники отеля пошли нам на встречу и не стали взимать комиссию за привезенную с собой еду и напитки, за что им уважение и благодарность. Но важно, чтобы гости отеля в момент бронирования заблаговременно знали о таких правилах отеля и либо соглашались с ними, либо выбирали другие отеля для своего отдыха. Общую оценку за отель в связи с данным недоразумением не снижению, так как ситуация была решена на месте и на дальнейших отдых в прекрасном отеле не повлияла.

We booked 2 nights In the Business class suite it was my bday & after typhoon tino . I’ve been staying in Radisson since 2010 & there service never change. Still very accommodating, friendly & helpful.. except for this one staff in the business class lounge . I arrived 2 min early in the lounge and I start to put food on my plate and he stopped me and literally told me U CANT eat yet As it’s not 5pm sharp!! And he literally pass by me and served water on all the guests glass except me!! The next morning my family went before 7am and all staffs are nice and He wasn’t there and snack time they went early again and he was so nice to them and served them water and coffee.. at evening I went with my whole family and he smiled at me and ddnt serve us water again!! Hes a lil chubby and Chinese eyes wearing black uniform . The reception guy blue uniform is very nice & he was so friendly and accommodating to all of us. My mom is a 71yr old senior & sometimes she needs help but this reception guy was really helpful except for that one rude staff

The best business hotel in Cebu. Super reliable wifi connection, cozy and super clean rooms too

We had a 5day stay at this hotel with my colleague and first encounter was unpleasant due to the room given to us has no lock and door was extremely noisy when opened causing disturbance to other and picture of room was not the same as offered on the website. However, Kuya Ben and 2 female front reception were kind enough to provide another room for us which is better than the first one which is great. Pros: - Location is very convenient as it has a self laundry infront if the hotel, 3 mins walk to jollibee, nearby pharmacies and stores. - Staff are hospitable and kind. Cons - HSKP cleaned our room with a do not disturb sign placed on our door knob. It was a kind gesture but lack of security feels on our side as you can inform guest via call on the mobile if not answering a room call, all our important belongings were there. Nothing were lost tho but as a hotel, courtesy call is a must before going inside and touching guest’s thing inside the room. - Website photos should be updated as some rooms were not as advertised. Comfort room should have a door cover from the shower area. - Lack basic amenities unless you ask for it. Towels smells bad. Room has mosquitoes. Either way, kindness of staff were our compensation and its okay, 3star hotel. Hope they can improve their website, room and implement more strict room policies regarding hskp as security of guests have more impact more than just nice rooms. :)

Really nice place. Big space for a family. And had a nice view also. But would like to recommend to use the dryer since most of the guests will use the pool and bringing wet clothes is really inconvenient. But all in all nice place for a cozy stay for family

The reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
