"We stayed at the Waterfront for one night to attend the Hillsong concert, and our experience was absolutely wonderful! The room was stunning—I fell in love with its charming vintage ambiance. The Wi-Fi was a bit congested, likely due to the concert that evening, but thankfully we had our backup ready—no worries there!
A special shoutout to the Christmas tree—it’s absolutely breathtaking and added such a magical touch to our stay.

"There is one staff that disappointed us. She gave us wrong room because i booked mountain view then what we got is a wall, she said the mountain is behind that wall, omg, how come?..but later on she called again and transferred us to another room with mountain view, ok fine. But what dissapoints us more is when she called again and said, that they will get the set of cups from our new room for the reason that we already used the cups on the first room that she gave us, and that makes me mad, is that a big thing? Because of that we never use their cups, instead we buy our own. When we confront her, she’s not apologetic but instead answering us stupidly. Another thing is their flat iron is for rent, 200 pesos every 1 hour of using it. We have many travels abroad and have checked in several hotels, Ist time in history that I encountered a hotel like that only in Cebu"

"We booked for a two bedroom unit, but they gave us only one bedroom unit. We needed to pay additional fee just to be transferred to the right room which we booked. In the room, the aircon is so noisy. It blows directly to your face because it’s just beside the bed. You either turn it off to avoid the noise and the inconvenience brought by direct blowing of the aircon on your face or suffer from too much heat. It was so uncomfortable. There is no rug and broom provided. We booked for five nights and the room become very dirty because there is no broom and rug provided for the room."

"Eşim oğlum ve ben Deluxe Deniz Manzaralı Oda'da bir gece kaldık. Cebu'da çok ünlü olmasının yanı sıra şık bir otel olduğu göz önüne alındığında burada kalmak çok ucuz. Neredeyse 12 yıldır burada yaşadığım ve insanların sürekli bundan bahsettiği için burayı denemek istedim. Harika mobilyalara sahip güzel bir otel. Zeminimiz çok sessizdi, klima soğuktu ve su sıcaktı. Her ne kadar şok olsam da yatakta yorgan yoktu yine de üşümüyorduk. Duşun kapısı ya da avlusu yoktu. Zemin su ile ıslanmıştı ve oraya havlu koymamıza rağmen yürümeye başlayan oğlumuz neredeyse birkaç kez kayıyordu. Akşam yemeğini İtalyan restoranında yedik. Burger yedim, karım dana eti ve oğlumuz da biberli pizza yedim. Ayrıca tatlı olarak bir Corona, iki kolalı dondurma ve yaban mersinli cheesecake yedik. Öğrendiğimiz akşam yemeği büfesi 1.900 php idi, bu yüzden buna değeceğini düşünmedik. Çok güvenli bir yer ve sessiz"

"We booked 2 nights In the Business class suite it was my bday & after typhoon tino . I’ve been staying in Radisson since 2010 & there service never change. Still very accommodating, friendly & helpful.. except for this one staff in the business class lounge . I arrived 2 min early in the lounge and I start to put food on my plate and he stopped me and literally told me U CANT eat yet As it’s not 5pm sharp!! And he literally pass by me and served water on all the guests glass except me!! The next morning my family went before 7am and all staffs are nice and He wasn’t there and snack time they went early again and he was so nice to them and served them water and coffee.. at evening I went with my whole family and he smiled at me and ddnt serve us water again!! Hes a lil chubby and Chinese eyes wearing black uniform . The reception guy blue uniform is very nice & he was so friendly and accommodating to all of us. My mom is a 71yr old senior & sometimes she needs help but this reception guy was really helpful except for that one rude staff"

Her ne kadar olanakları lüks tatil köyleri kadar iyi olmasa da temelde yeterli. Sahibi Nick, giriş yapmadan önce sorularıma ve isteklerime derhal ve sabırla yanıt verdi. Mağazadaki kediler ve köpekler de dahil olmak üzere otel personeli çok cana yakındı. Bazı gezginler kahvaltıda veya öğleden sonra tembelliklerinde kitap okuyup restoranda sohbet de ediyorlar. Gün içinde çevrede sık sık inek, koyun, tavuk ve köpek sesleri duyulurken, geceleri ise elbette kurbağa ve böcek sesleri duyuluyor; ancak bu sesler, kalabalık caddelerdeki restoranlardan gelen kesik kesik elektronik müzikten kesinlikle daha rahatlatıcı. Bazen küçük karpuz kurtları ve benzeri böcekler de görülüyor ama sivrisinekler pek ısırmıyor gibi görünüyor.
Dalış dükkanına ve yemek alanına arabayla yaklaşık 5 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz. Otelden motosiklet kiralayabilirsiniz. Çok kullanışlı ve güçlü bir güce sahip. Yol da basittir. Kapının önündeki bu kısa yol bölümünün düzleştirilmesi mükemmel olurdu. Mağaza bana geç çıkış yapma olanağı tanıdı, bu da düzenlemelerimi daha sorunsuz hale getirdi. Dört gün üç gece kaldım, toplamda 7 dalış yaptım, birçok yeni canlı gördüm ve hatırlanmaya değer bir yolculuktu.

**Location**: Nestled on a pristine beach, the resort offers breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and lush greenery. The serene environment is perfect for relaxation, and the nearby attractions, including stunning waterfalls, are easily accessible.
**Staff Behavior**: The staff at Badian Island were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing personalized service that truly made us feel special.
**Food**: The dining experience was delightful! The restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring local and international cuisine, all expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Each meal was a culinary journey, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood and traditional Filipino dishes.
**Special Touch**: We also celebrated our son's birthday during our stay, and the resort graciously arranged a small cake for us. It was a lovely surprise for him that made the day even more beautiful.
Overall, my stay at Badian Island Wellness Resort was nothing short of magical. The combination of stunning location, outstanding service, and delicious food made it a truly memorable getaway. I can't wait to return!

I can say that the first thing we noticed is the staff (information desk). We have entered the hotel with a happy face since finally after a long ride we arrived, so yeah we exchanged greetings at the front desk asking to confirm our booked room but the staff is not so good in response like no smile at all just talking randomly like asking ID naa I don't feel good talking to her 😐 not like other hotels kakarating lang sa door ang good vibes nila just saying my experience lang naybe from other guests hindi ganito anyways it's not big deal then all in all Tsai Hotel is good, clean and nice👍👍tho sometimes if there's someone talking outside the room you can hear them a little bit siguro pag malakas mga boses. So thank you all Tsai hotel especially kay manong guard (the Tatay look) so kind..

AAnonim KullanıcıWe had a 5day stay at this hotel with my colleague and first encounter was unpleasant due to the room given to us has no lock and door was extremely noisy when opened causing disturbance to other and picture of room was not the same as offered on the website. However, Kuya Ben and 2 female front reception were kind enough to provide another room for us which is better than the first one which is great.
Pros:
- Location is very convenient as it has a self laundry infront if the hotel, 3 mins walk to jollibee, nearby pharmacies and stores.
- Staff are hospitable and kind.
Cons
- HSKP cleaned our room with a do not disturb sign placed on our door knob. It was a kind gesture but lack of security feels on our side as you can inform guest via call on the mobile if not answering a room call, all our important belongings were there. Nothing were lost tho but as a hotel, courtesy call is a must before going inside and touching guest’s thing inside the room.
- Website photos should be updated as some rooms were not as advertised. Comfort room should have a door cover from the shower area.
- Lack basic amenities unless you ask for it. Towels smells bad. Room has mosquitoes.
Either way, kindness of staff were our compensation and its okay, 3star hotel. Hope they can improve their website, room and implement more strict room policies regarding hskp as security of guests have more impact more than just nice rooms. :)

I stayed at this hotel recently for one night (just for a FunRun Activity on the next day) and had a mixed experience. Here are some key points:
Parking: Limited parking space. If you leave and return later, you might not have a spot — and it's basically your problem.
Cleanliness & Pests: The room was clean and well-lighted, but I had an issue with black ants coming out from the air conditioner when I turned it on. (See attached photo, unfortunately I can't post a video to show how the black ants almost covered the pillows and some part of the bed )
Air Conditioning: It works, but definitely could use an upgrade.
Shower: Water flow was weak — not ideal after a long day.
Bathroom: There was an unpleasant smell that lingered after using it.
Staff: On the positive side, the staff were good and helpful. I messaged their Facebook page and within a few minutes, housekeeping arrived.
Room Size: Small, but comfortable and tidy.
Would I stay again? Maybe,

The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
