Excellent service. Restaurant manger help my child prepared scrambled egg when this is not in the menu for dinner buffet. Nice buffet dinner with wide variety of food and live band performance. Nice ambience. Able to check in early. The bed was so comfortable, has big TV which I can screencast. Big swimming pool although the pool floor is not clean. Has proper working desk. Security ok, as I met the security patrolling on the floor. I left something in the room when checked out, the staff even WhatsApp me to inform me. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend to everyone. This is more like 5 star in my opinion. We have enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent stay. Room was super spacious and clean. Bathroom is big, with a very nice dry/wet segregation between the sink/WC and the shower area. Provided with capsule coffee machine and mineral water complimentary. Pool was really nicely maintained too. Breakfast was a huge sumptuous spread. Will definitely be back!

Happy with the stay，smaller but compact. All staffs are so friendly with the security. We have bought some Amanda Cakes around and there was no fridge in hotel but we request to keep in their fridge and all went fine. No hair dryer ready but you can call and request from the receptionist.

The staff were super friendly. Hotel was well maintained and location wise is around 10min drive to nearby mall. I would 100% return here solely due to the warmth and patience shown by the staff.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. 🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh. 🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive. ☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home. 💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests. Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

Overall was ok. Just some miscommunication which wasn’t a big issue. I selected 2 single bed room but when I enter the room it was one single bed called the counter and they did arrange the housekeeping to fix it. Overall service was good 👍🏻 the staff mostly are helpful. Especially the guy who’s a manager at the bar and restaurant will super helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast buffet was ok. Also get to try their bbq party on Saturday the food choices not a lot. The prawn isn’t that fresh but overall it was good. Very convenient to travel around with grab. There’s a supermarket nearby too. Walk-in distance. Pool was alright felt clean in a way or so, just the jacuzzi dosent seem to work. The ESKA highly not recommend unless you’re too bored I went 3x when I’m staying at the hotel because I’m too lazy to grab out. Firstly they only consent about the money no services at all. Their massage was ok not too good but ok for lazy people who don’t wanna travel out of hotel. Do not try their hair spa, nails which will be total waste of time and money. Especially if isn’t that cheap not actually worth the price with the limitations of gel color all look so ugly and they mix all together when I choose the only color that’s look better the counter lady came to me say need top up what rubbish is that. Anyway 3rd day my gel nails peeling off. It’s that lousy so only go for the massage if you really are lazy to travel out of hotel.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay at Montigo. The villas are spacious and well kept. Privte pool is clean with water jet nozzles enhancing swimming experience. The highlight would be the scenic seaview. There are sufficient amenities and activities to enjoy like ATV, jet ski and various water sports. There are 5 restaurants to choose for daily meals. The Nasi Ayam Berrmpah I had for dinner at Warung was excellent. Tiiigo is a nice poolside bar to chill and chat the night away. Breakfast was average. I like the freshly made pratas. The staffs are courteous and helpful. Only downside is there no actual beach here. Only a jetty waterfront.

This hotel is very run down, for the price, I don’t expect that much. But the staff were friendly, the location was okay. But the room; needs a lot of upgrading, and when you’re checking in don’t forget to let them know your shower preference as they assign rooms at random, like bathtub or standing shower. And the breakfast was just 5/10. I think it’s okay for solo travellers not for families.

I loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

Overall is really a beautiful plc to rest and get away from the busy city life. I would like to suggest more drinking water provided to guests (either provide a water dispenser or additional water given). Per room per day is only given 2 small bottles of mineral water. Believe me, in our climate it is really insufficient. I felt so dehydrated. The drinks I can order from the restaurant are sweetened drinks. So that was really a drawback for me. They have a shop but they do not sell any mineral water. Breakfast is quite sad too.. I was expecting a bit more options for this location since it is secluded frm other eateries. Room service food was much better than the breakfast provided so I'm not sure why such a big difference in quality and taste. Communications in the hotel can be better too. I had informed reception 4 hours before check out for use of a buggy as our unit is very far. Nobody came for us. They called to remind us to check out and I told them yes, we are waiting for the buggy we requested. Subsequently I had to call another 3 times before someone came and the person was also very rude.
