"Very good location. Just stone’s throw from the hotel are the 60s tradition wet market, shops and malls to the new modern big malls. Big bright lobby with seats.
Reasonable range and quality of food provided for breakfast buffet . Will be good if they provide the breakfast buffet as an option.
Gave only 3 stars for cleanliness because we were given a smoking room even when we have booked a non-smoking room. The room has a weird smell even after they said they have cleaned it. They claimed all rooms were fully booked so can’t change. The hangers are those types that cannot be taken out and they were really built for tall people. Short people have difficulty hanging their clothes and if they are old, is “mission impossible”for them. No stools in the room to ease the challenge. The body soap and shampoo dispensers were difficult to press and only has very miserable drop being dispensed each time. Quality of the shampoo + conditioner (stated on the dispenser) is not good for female hair especially if is long."

"At first, we were impressed by its simple, modern, stylish design and sparkling cleanliness. The room was spacious and had a partial sea view.
However, during our 3D2N stay, the swimming pool remained closed due to strong winds. The weather was nice enough for a swim, so it was quite a misfortune. This should have been stated in their advertisements to let customers know that although the hotel has a pool, it is almost never open.
The location is opposite the mall, but it’s dangerous for families with strollers or young children to cross the road."

"Harris Nagoya is a new hotel in Batam. It is situated next to Nagoya Hill mall, placed within a cluster of other hotels with bustling food and amenities all around.
The hotel is modern and impeccably spotless. The staff are warm and friendly. Breakfast service is fast, efficient and offers a decent variety of delicious food, pastries, fruits etc.
The only thing I would highlight is that the gym is not in the building itself and is not yet open. However, that didn’t dampen my experience at all.
All in all, a 5/5 experience"

"Always a pleasure to return to Favehotel. This time I came with my family and took 4 rooms. Love the spacious room and it is the main reason why I kept returning to Favehotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bedsheets and towels are always crisps and fluffy. Room water pressure is very good. If water drainage at the sink and shower could be work on then the rooms are perfect
Ferdi @reception was excellent in arranging our 4 rooms in a row including a set of connecting rooms. This help me tremendously in assisting my elderly family members.
Another reason i chose the Favehotel is the surrounding compound. The streets and pavements are well developed and clean. Great for elderly individuals whom otherwise may trip over debris due to uneven terrain once you step outside the hotel like most other hotels in Batam
Thamrin City development are the best! Hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness and in doing so attracts more to stay in this premise!"

"This is our second time staying in Oakwood in 2025. We return for the 2nd time mainly because of its superb location (just next to Batam Grand Mall), lots of Spas nearby and because its a very nice hotel with excellent customer service. It is very popular with both local n foreign tourists.
So, due to this, book early. You probably wont be able to get early check-in due to high volume of guests.
We stayed in the standard room n studio premier. Studio premier is slightly bigger with a kitchen cabinet, fridge, hob n hood, sink, utensils. But the room tend to be warm in the day as the room windows are facing east. Very comfy bed n pillows. Lots of TV chanels and you can login to ur netflix acct.
Inroom dining is better than their buffet bfast. Lots of varieties for their buffet bfast.
Recommneded to go to Aespa if you would like to go for a massage. Oakwood guests recieve discount. Their massage is very good."

"This is overall the best choice if you want to stay in the Bengkong Laut / Golden City area, especially if you can get a room at SGD 20.00 or less.
Do note that the high floors with the best views at night of the amusement park and go kart 🏎️ track are smoking 🚬 rooms. However, don't let this put you off. The smoking rooms actually smell nicer than the non smoking 🚭 rooms, because housekeeping are very effective at deodorising...
Fairly large rooms but now getting very old and tired. Sheets and pillow cases have many stains and holes. I encourage you to take photos of all these things as soon as you enter your room. Other guests have noted that the hotel front desk staff have refused to return customers' Rp. 100.000 deposits for PRE-EXISTING stains that were nothing to do with the guests.
Apart from that, I've stayed here on exactly 26 different occasions since 2017, so obviously I find it pretty good for my needs!"

Good hotel near by harbour bay ferry terminal..just walk about 10 minutes and the services is really awesome from the guest officer until the restaurant staff really excellent , especially Maya she always check on us about anything that make us comfortable to stay and she make birthday surprise that make us feel special and the restaurant staff Anabil (if not wrong the name 😊)he also very good
But mostly all the staff in the hotel very good and friendly and the breakfast also good..
Is really recommended to stay there"

AAnonim KullanıcıBooked Superior Queen Room with windows and requested high floor however receptionist gave me level 2 corner room with no window. Went back to the counter and request for change of room both receptionists expression knew they give me the wrong room and though I won’t be fussy about it. Their attitude and service was so bad. There is no mini fridge and hair dryer in the room too. The room is not soundproof can hear people talking at the lobby and loud closing door.
But location was good. Very near Nagoya hill mall and other cafes. Affordable price too. Might consider book this hotel again if going back for short trip.

AAnonim KullanıcıI had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition.
However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room.
The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

CCheeWH79Had a wonderful relaxing stay at Montigo. The villas are spacious and well kept. Privte pool is clean with water jet nozzles enhancing swimming experience. The highlight would be the scenic seaview. There are sufficient amenities and activities to enjoy like ATV, jet ski and various water sports. There are 5 restaurants to choose for daily meals. The Nasi Ayam Berrmpah I had for dinner at Warung was excellent. Tiiigo is a nice poolside bar to chill and chat the night away. Breakfast was average. I like the freshly made pratas. The staffs are courteous and helpful. Only downside is there no actual beach here. Only a jetty waterfront.

🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

However the cleanliness of the bed blanket is poor.there is dots of unknown stain on both of the towels and the blankets.eventhough they change the towel every housekeeping, the towel is still stained.

AAnonim KullanıcıLoved our stay here! Such a beautiful resort and beach front. The location is good for a clear beach and ocean view, no ships/ferries nearby. The pools were great too. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only the ventilation was not working in the toilet so everything remained rather wet for longer. Breakfast spread was good, Indonesian and western. They have a restaurant open there for lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the door men and buggy and shuttle drivers. We wanted to try a restaurant at Montigo and they kindly buggy-ed us to outside the property. Location is only 30 - 40 min from Nagoya city.
