"Harika yer. Otelin karakterini gerçekten çok sevdik. Otel harika sanat eserleriyle dolu. Sadece büyüleyici bir yer. Akşam yemeğine yürümek, birkaç alışveriş merkezine göz atmak ve alışveriş yapmak için harika zaman geçirmek için şehir merkezindeki konumun avantajından yararlandım. Odalar temiz, çok konforlu ve yatak konforu eşsizdir. Hizmet birinci sınıftı! Personel muhteşemdi. Konaklamamızın keyifli geçmesine yardımcı olmak için defalarca gittiler. Konaklamamızı unutulmaz kıldığınız için Fenti, Sarah ve Laura'ya çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle geri döneceğim!"

"The overall guest service is excellent with smile and willing to help upon request. One of the room got stains on bedsheets and office change for us in short time. Breakfast is ok for the price paid, don't expect too high.Swimming pool under maintenance, can't use. Overall satisfactory for a budget stay."

"Overall is really a beautiful plc to rest and get away from the busy city life. I would like to suggest more drinking water provided to guests (either provide a water dispenser or additional water given). Per room per day is only given 2 small bottles of mineral water. Believe me, in our climate it is really insufficient. I felt so dehydrated. The drinks I can order from the restaurant are sweetened drinks. So that was really a drawback for me. They have a shop but they do not sell any mineral water. Breakfast is quite sad too.. I was expecting a bit more options for this location since it is secluded frm other eateries. Room service food was much better than the breakfast provided so I'm not sure why such a big difference in quality and taste. Communications in the hotel can be better too. I had informed reception 4 hours before check out for use of a buggy as our unit is very far. Nobody came for us. They called to remind us to check out and I told them yes, we are waiting for the buggy we requested. Subsequently I had to call another 3 times before someone came and the person was also very rude."

"I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Batam and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!"

"Had a great 3 days 2 night getaway stay at Woda. Breakfast is ala carte dish with freeflow drinks, salad, bread, some fruits and desserts (indonesian salad was super nice). Staffs were very friendly and good hospitality, helped to carry our luggages to room. Walkable distance to Golden Prawn 933 and Richeese area. Need to travel by car to Nagoya or A2 foodcourt area. Would recommend anyone looking for staying more indoor to relax, staycation or getaway from city to stay here."

"Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou."

"Concierge service is excellent! Service staffs in the hotel are really helpful and attentive. The room worth the price, water heater is working well, water pressure is excellent. The edges (especially the floor, door and wall) might need some maintenance. Their mattress is great and comfy, just the pillows can be better. Breakfast is well served in great display and varieties. The most important thing is ”GOOD LOCATION”! walkable to Grand Batam Mall & BCS."

"The staff are friendly and the place is clean. It offers disposable slippers which is a plus. The TV is Google powered and can use the desktop electronic to call for room service by saying ok Google room service."

"Excellent service. Restaurant manger help my child prepared scrambled egg when this is not in the menu for dinner buffet. Nice buffet dinner with wide variety of food and live band performance. Nice ambience. Able to check in early. The bed was so comfortable, has big TV which I can screencast. Big swimming pool although the pool floor is not clean. Has proper working desk. Security ok, as I met the security patrolling on the floor. I left something in the room when checked out, the staff even WhatsApp me to inform me. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend to everyone. This is more like 5 star in my opinion. We have enjoyed our stay very much."
