The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. "Nice stay here. Toilet clean. Space is large. The place itself really big and spacious. Really near at the center and easy access to any place. Aircond quite slow but can consider okay. The theme really unique and antique. Swimming pool so far okay and moderate. Customer service is really nice and good. Can keep our luggage also after early check-out in the morning. "First time to Batam, hotel location is next to the mall which you may get what you need from mall and shops nearby. The hotel breakfast had variations choice and good. Overall the experience staying in this hotel was great. There is a swimming pool at Level 2 and and massage center inside hotel with reasonable price. If you are coming over follow those youtuber and online recommendations, you are a bit remote and need to go by car. This place may be good for business traveller but for backpacker or light traveller, you may choose to stay near the attractions where you can reach within walking distance."

"This is my favourite hotel to stay whenever I visit Batam Location is excellent with less than 5 mins walk along the covered walkway from Harbour Bay ferry to hotel without being subjected to hot sun or rain. Within 10 mins walk are a stretch of restaurants from seafood to fusion and bistro concepts Staffs from security, reception and service crew from Cirtuz Restaurant which serves amazing buffet breakfast to even the housekeeping crew are polite, helpful and friendly Only wish that there is at least a half panel at the shower area to prevent water from splashing out of the shower area"

"Clean little place. Has all amenities. Hot provide toothbrush and towels. Got a smell in the room though. Towels also have a strong chemical smell as well. Some towels are stained. Reception is also not always around. If u want to check out and u paid cash deposit u need to ask them what time staff is around. I waited half an hour until someone turned up to help me. If u didn't use cash deposit then i was told can drop the access card and go. No room slippers."

"Previously i am staying at level 10 but without balcony, surprisingly this trip i am staying at level 8 which having balcony. Location are extremely good, going for massaging, looking for food, going for shopping all are walking distance, hotel price are reasonable. Morning breakfast do not have much choices, Taste are just nice, will introduced to my friends and I will come back again."
