"1.3凌晨入住的，表揚前台小哥，服務態度極好，專業性很強，誰家酒店有這樣盡職盡責的員工都是福氣。選這家酒店是其一是看它新開的，設施方面一定比較新，果然入住後環境相當好，乾淨寬敞裝修好，一點都不照騙，甚至比照片更好。另外在篩選機場酒店的時候看各家的差評，看到這一家衹有一條差評且店家長篇回覆相當認真，顧客提到的每一點評論都跟進反饋了，可以預想酒店管理維護會做的比較好。當晚機場接機晚了半小時左右，前台小哥幫我們升級房間，附贈一個水果罐頭，最重要的還是態度，態度是行業楷模，聊了幾句原來之前的長評回覆就出自他之手，實在是優秀員工，一般我衹寫負反饋，特意來寫個好評。早班晚班機的話在這裏住一晚，非常合適，推薦入住，以後有機會再來哈爾濱的話我也會再住這裏。聽説正餐也很好吃，價格很便宜，可惜沒時間吃。"

"I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights).
Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay.
Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more.
Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged.
Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water.
Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards."

"I like this hotel a lott. First is because the staff is so nice even though we don’t speak the same language. They try really hard to accommodate us. Second, the room is really comfortable. They are nice and cozy even without window. I had a good time clean myself up before next destination. And for the price, it’s worth the money. Only the location is quite a distance from the centre but it’s close to all basic services and shops that you need. Even close to the mall and good restaurants. Mind you the hotel is on the 7th floor (if I am not mistaken) so you have to go inside the red building and take the elevator to the hotel lobby."

"After we were refused entry to another hotel because we were foreigners (and they claimed we had no booking), we found this hotel. Our stay here was great!! Very close to lots of restaurants and shops. Right next to the railway station and metro (but it wasn’t loud at all). The owner was very friendly and although we couldn’t speak the same language, we managed to communicate through translator apps and made it work. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"A bit difficult to find a gem in the heart of the snowy land of Harbin. You can not find the hotel at night. Uber can...
Once we entered ground floor was like empty entrance still developing maybe.. but after wechat texting the manager guided us well and we reached 5th floor to find him.
Very cooperative and friendly manager and we stayed 3 night and he was always helpful and handy too.
The room was bigger and pillows good.
Bath and toilet also good clean. I would recommend this hotel for families with kids. More space and less price.
Very good location as 40-50m away is Metro train subway that connects to ice festival area and university and Mosque and markets.
We had Breakfast just across the road with some halal food options esp bbq that was nice and economic and yummy 😋"

Even though we communicate using translator that’s not an issue. We have super fun stay and honestly we fell in love with snow village and sad to leave. The host arrange everything from transportation to our snow activities and even recorded and capturing video/photo for us. Just talk to them and they’ll arrange for you. They also offer warm tea/coffee and fruits! Very warm hospitality provided to the guest (feels like home). The bed and floor also warm. Great because the weather outside is super duper cold! Have a nice sleep ever. Deserve more than 5 stars!

TTan Bing XiangThis is one of the rare occasions that i wanted to write a review because the accommodation and services are truly exceptional. Let me put it upfront that if you choose this accommodation, you will NOT regret your decision.
When we arrived, they provided transports from the train station (yabulixi) to their place. We were greeted by them and throughout the interactions they are very friendly. They are very hospitable and will do their best to take care of our needs.
The owners also assisted us and provided tips and places to go and even go to the extent of getting his people to ferry us around the places (yabuli ski resort, datudingzi mountain, snow&ice fantasy and snow town) at an affordable rate. Without his assistance, I don’t think we would have navigated better. It was a pleasant trip and they really did their best to provide the best services.
The owners also brought us to restaurants to eat during our stay as well as ferry us back to the train station at the end of our stay which was not required but they did it for us. We truly appreciate the services they have provided!
Their rooms are clean as well and they provided amenities such as slippers, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet seat paper, beds are arranged well and there’s water heater as well.
If you have many choices to pick from like i do and you are still deciding, please give this a try because it will be an exceptional experience!
To the owners: thank you for your exceptional care and services. If we do come back again, we will stay at your place again!

Special thanks to Qiu Jie, who was always responsive and patient in answering our many questions via WeChat — her support made planning everything so much smoother. We’re also deeply grateful to the boss, Hongbo, for his warm hospitality and genuine care; it truly felt like staying with family rather than at a commercial accommodation.
Everyone we met — including the chef and our drivers — was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help with arrangements such as transportation and ticket bookings, and did so with great sincerity. We were also thoughtfully provided with frozen fruits, which was a lovely and refreshing treat after spending time outdoors in the cold.
The location is about a 2-hour drive from Snow Town, and we loved being away from the busy, crowded tourist area. The peaceful rural surroundings allowed us to experience local life at a slower pace, complemented by delicious farm-to-table home-cooked meals. The hosts even taught us how to do the hot water splash, which was a fun and memorable experience in the freezing winter weather. As a bonus, there’s also a cute little deer in the backyard, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to our stay.
They helped us book a visit to Gou Xiong Ling (¥400 per person, inclusive of transportation, entrance fee, and all rides). The snow activities — snowmobiling, snow tubing, snow drifting — were great fun, and we appreciated that photos and videos were taken and shared with us afterward.
In addition, they assisted with ticketing and arrangements for our visit to Snow Town, including crossing Yangcaoshan by horse-drawn sled, taking a snowmobile up the mountain, and then a jeep ride down (with the option to walk down as well). Transportation back from Snow Town was also smoothly arranged.
Overall, this stay offered not just comfort, but a truly warm, authentic, and thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value genuine hospitality, local experiences, and a peaceful alternative to the crowds of Snow Town.

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

GG.BurieThis hotel is the highlight of our stay in Harbin! The place is super clean. Room is spacious. The staff are excellent. We got the best view !! Kids are loving this place. Our room comes with breakfast,it was good. They deliver frozen fruits for us and gave us fresh mandarin.
The staff arrange for our snowboarding and transport us to the ski resort. After the tiring day, we asked if we can go to the supermarket nearby and they drove us to to the supermarket and pick us up again. 😘
Definitely will be back to this place and highly recommended.
It’s sad that we booked for 2 nights only. Should’ve stay longer.

☃️花舍山居民宿本身就在青雲小鎮內，這裏離亞布力滑雪場不遠，早上不用慌慌張張趕車，穿好雪服吃個早餐，提前一天請叔兒安排一下車就行⛷；往雪鄉去的路也順，沿途真的能看到很多厚厚的積雪，對於南方小土豆來説真的超級激動的好不好！！全部都透着大東北該有的感覺‼️
☃️其實讓我感覺到最舒服且沒有選錯這家酒店的理由就是“老闆的態度”🫶🫶！最暖的真的是鐵叔兒和姨兩個人，全是東北人家的實在🫂
☃️早上起床，姨就準備好了早餐，超好吃的雞蛋麪🍜，搭配着東北特色的小菜，還有紅腸！超棒的家常早餐！姨還説“這是咱這冬天的抗凍早飯，多吃點暖和，不夠吃再下”，那一刻真的心裏超暖🤩
☃️剛到民宿的時候，鐵叔兒就招呼我和我朋友坐在客廳的木凳上，給我們倆泡茶，還問我們倆做好玩的攻略沒，然後以他對當地的景區的瞭解，給咱們推薦路線，聽着比看景點介紹還親切。
☃️其次就是房間的環境，全是讓人住得踏實的細節。房間有暖氣，也有電熱毯。不用擔心晚上會很悶，或者説很乾，比空調更接地氣；窗台上擺着個粗陶罐子，裏面插着花和一些植物，生活感拉滿；晚上裹着厚棉被，睡得老香了‼️
☃️而且經過這幾天的相處，更明白了一個道理，就是選一家好的民宿，真的能讓你旅行更加舒服和愜意！！！
☃️以後再來哈爾濱去亞布力玩，我肯定還來這兒。（其實已經和鐵叔兒約好，明年再來了，哈哈哈）不是圖多豪華，是喜歡這份“把客人當家人”的實在，還有藏在日常裏的東北老底子生活味兒——在冰天雪地裏，能住進這樣一户人家，比看多少雪景都讓人記掛......

Upon arrival to the homestay, lady boss free upgrade to a beautiful bigger room for us!
I have been communicating with lady boss via WeChat xyxms999 before arrival and she helped us planned the full 5 days 4 nights itinerary including to horse ride, snow play, ski and xuexiang!
They literally drive us around to and fro around by their chauffeur.
We ordered TB and they help us pick up our stuff too
They serve daily breakfast too
The room is very new and is exactly as per the photos and housekeeping is awesome
The bosses own a restaurant next door and serve super yummy authentic dong bei food that we had our dinner there every night! And they are so nice to give us a discount of the food…
Even though this is a homestay but we feel that the service they offer was far so much better than a hotel.
They have their big snow area with their own snow play with snow bike and snow car and snow slide and swing too
Also they help us buy discounts tickets to all places of interest as well as loan ski gear at a discounted price too…
My girls loved it so much that they wanted to go back again!

We travel for just a day here.
We left our luggage at our booked hotel at harbin, we travel back pack, morning 6am sharp bus from Harbin central street and arrived at the inn about 10:30-45 ish. And back to harbin 7am the next day arrived at harbin close to 12pm.
The Inn location was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the main road where all the food and shops are located. The owner was incredibly kind and, even though we couldn't communicate in Chinese, she was very adept at using Google Translate. We managed to communicate very well, and her caring nature reminded me of my mom, so I ended up calling her ”mama.”
For Muslim Traveller just get ready your translation telling owner that you only eat vege. She will cater for it. On main street you can get sweet patato and can drink lots sort of things. If you unable to eat vege, get couple of ready meal prep from your country, as hot water is provided by the inn.

For those who can't speak Mandarin, make a note of the inn's location on your map and inform the driver of your destination, asking them to prompt you when you arrive. While drivers do announce locations upon arrival, it's better to inform them beforehand using Google Translate, especially if you don't understand Chinese.
Overall, the journey and hotel stay were superb. The activities in Wusongling were mesmerizing. There's no need to go to Europe, when you can experience snowmobile rides and stunning scenery here at a much cheaper price even in euro you are unable to do so. All arrangements will be made by the owner. Simply you need to prepare $$$. Simply superb!

MMisafir KullanıcıA really nice, clean and well equipped guesthouse with incredibly kind people. They brought me/picked me up to/from the ski resort every time I went skiing. Also, they brought me to the train station on my day of departure. The place is well located close to many restaurants and also had its own restaurant. Man ski rental shops are also close by. It’s a great place for I go skiing from in Yabuli ski resort! :-)
