"The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and in a convenient location, near a metro station. Every amenity and facility described on their pages was available for use. The room was clean and polished, however it had a faint smell of cigarettes, the hotel provides an air freshener to combat this. My mom and I managed to do our laundry overnight with the washing machine, detergents, and the dryer provided. What made our stay there was the level of service from the lovely hotel receptionists! My mom can speak some Mandarin and I was solely relying on translation apps, the staff were very patient and kind to us, provided us with recommendations of markets to visit, and helped us familiarise ourselves with the WeChat/Alipay mechanisms. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other tourists, local and international!!!"

"時隔一段時間再次選擇入住這家酒店，其實上次入住後我提了不少大大小小的意見，這次再來本是抱着試試看的心態，沒想到整個入住體驗和上次比起來可以説是天差地別，從進門到離店的每一個環節，都能清晰感受到酒店針對之前的問題做了實打實的改進，真的讓我特別驚喜，也特別想好好説説這次的舒心體驗。走進大堂還是熟悉的舒服環境，一眼就看到下午茶的擺放區域，精緻度比之前提升了不少，先説説最讓我在意的辦理入住環節，這次我依舊是下午三點左右到店，本還擔心會像上次一樣等房，結果前台工作人員效率特別高，到店後很快就核實了訊息，直接為我安排了五樓的安靜房間，全程沒有等待一分鐘，能明顯感覺到酒店在入住流程上做了精細化優化，提前就做好了房間的打掃和準備工作，不再是客人到店後才臨時安排，這份用心真的特別加分，前台的服務態度也特別温和，有問必答，讓人感覺很親切。 進入房間後，第一個感受就是空氣特別清新，上次那種濃重的煙味完全消失了，能看出來酒店應該是做了專業的除味處理，房間的通風系統也調試得很好，即使不開窗户，室內的空氣也能保持流通，晚上住的時候一點都不悶熱，躺到床上特別舒服，一夜睡到天亮，完全沒有上次做噩夢的情況，睡眠體驗直接拉滿。再説説床品，這是我上次特別介意的點，這次掀開被子，被單和枕套都是全新更換的，摸起來質感柔軟，表面乾乾淨淨的沒有任何污漬，褶皺也是全新床品的自然褶皺，完全不是熨燙後的樣子，更讓我滿意的是，整個床品上沒有發現一根毛髮，能看出來酒店不僅嚴格做到了一客一換，還在床品的清洗和品控上做了嚴格的把控，三百多的酒店能有這樣的床品標準，真的遠超我的預期。 這次入住我依舊去了健身房體驗，本還惦記着上次拉背機器沒插電、沒有拉伸彈力帶的問題，結果到了健身房發現，所有器械都處於正常使用狀態，拉背機器插電後操作順暢，各類健身器械都維護得很好，而且健身房的角落整齊擺放了不少拉伸彈力帶，數量充足，款式也能滿足不同的拉伸需求，對於我們這種出門也看重健身的住客來説，這些小細節真的太戳心了，能感受到酒店真的把住客的建議放在了心上，不是把健身設施當擺設，而是實實在在地完善每一個細節，讓健身區真正能發揮作用。 關於房間隔音這個問題，我知道這是建築本身的問題，本沒抱太大希望，結果這次入住卻有意外的小驚喜，能明顯看到酒店在現有基礎上做了小優化，比如門縫處加了密封的軟膠條，走廊裏的説話聲、腳步聲基本傳不進房間，晚上休息的時候特別安靜，完全不會被外界的聲音打擾，能感受到酒店沒有因為是硬件問題就放任不管，而是盡最大努力為住客營造安靜的居住環境，這份用心真的很難得。 再説説下午茶套餐，這次的體驗直接刷新了我上次的糟糕印象，端上來的花生新鮮酥脆，咬開滿口留香，完全沒有上次跑氣發潮的情況，甜點的口感也特別好，鬆軟綿密，甜度把控得剛剛好，不會膩口，搭配的牛奶口感醇厚香濃，能確定是鮮牛奶，而非上次的奶粉沖調，而且下午茶的擺盤也比之前精緻了不少，坐在大堂的休閑區，伴着舒服的環境享用下午茶，氛圍感直接拉滿，三百多的價位能有這樣的下午茶體驗，真的太有性價比了。 還有上次讓我覺得是 “假擺設” 的酒吧，這次也給了我不小的驚喜，晚上九點多我想小酌一杯，嘗試點開了網上點單通道，發現通道正常開放，完全沒有提前打烊的情況，酒水的品類很豐富，不僅有經典的雞尾酒，還有各類啤酒、洋酒，點單後上餐速度也很快，酒水的口感也很在線，吧枱的服務人員也特別熱情，會主動推薦適合的飲品，酒吧的環境也佈置得很有格調，燈光柔和，音樂舒緩，不管是一個人小酌放鬆，還是和朋友聊天，都是特別好的選擇，再也不是之前那種看似有配套卻無法使用的狀態了。"

"It is a brand new place. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, they offered me tea and fruit as a welcome. The location is convenient because it is close to the metro stop, only a few stops away from the gaotie and bus stations. They provide breakfast in the hotel, but there are also many restaurants in the same street"

"I really enjoyed my short stay here. The night receptionist while couldnt speak English, still helped me with finding a restaurant to eat and gave me a free upgrade. Their breakfast selection was filling and delicious, only improvement I would recommend is perhaps fresh coffee or tea would be good too. I love how the moment I walk out, I am able to explore the old Kunming street sights and try local street snacks. The best thing is that it is also located in the center of Kunming city! Overall, while the room was dated, the comfort level is very high! Lots of power point sockets, even in the bathroom. The mattress was also firm and soft. Had a very good rest that I decided to come back for another nap before I leave. Upon check out, they even gave me a littel goodie bag, which was perfect as I did not have time to shop for souveniers."

"Friendly owner, good location especially if you need to take train at Kunming main train station, quite a lot of restaurant & convenience store options nearby, air-conditioning does take quite awhile to warm up even set at highest temperature"

"The staff members were very good and patient in communicating with us, even though we are not fluent in Chinese. I received nice complementary when checked out. They were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The hotel is also conveniently located near shopping malls such as Parkson and Shun Cheng Shopping Mall. The breakfast was also good as well. However, there are two minor issues: 1) The Wi-Fi needs improvement, so please make sure to have roaming or an eSIM ready. 2) The hotel is not easy to find for first-time visitors. I suggest adding signage from the drop-off point to the hotel entrance. I’ve attached a picture showing the way to the hotel—hopefully, it will help others."

"I like this hotel because they provides airport transfers. During our stay there, the rooms was clean and nice. In the toilet there is no bidet tap which I found it a bit inconvenient. However, the morning breakfast was superbly delicious. I prefer the fried rice and the mixed vegetables. It was a spacious dining hall and on that morning I notice so many guests having their breakfast with friends and family."

"ที่นี่ตั้งอยู่ในเมืองโบราณกวนตู้ เมื่อออกจากที่พักสามารถเดินเที่ยวเลือกซื้อของฝาก ของกินได้เลย ทำเลดีมากๆ ห้องพักตกแต่งสไตน์โบราณมีเอกลักษณ์ พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี แม้สื่อสารกันยากหน่อยแต่ก็พยายามดูแลฉันและเพื่อนๆ 20 คนเป็นอย่างดี มีบริการรถรับส่งจากสนามบินด้วยซึ่งพวกเรามากันเยอะจึงต้องใช้บริการนี้แต่ต้องติดต่อล่วงหน้าก่อนอย่างน้อย 1 วันค่ะ"
