One of the most amazing stays I’ve ever experienced. The staff were incredibly helpful and prompt to respond, they went above and beyond to help me with all requests. All staff were so kind and the boss is also a great man! Highly highly recommend experiencing a stay here, the hot spring is also 100% natural water and makes your skin feel amazing.

姐妹們，這家藏在小區裏的民宿，簡直太讓我驚喜了[哇] 簡約時尚的風格又不失温馨，這家民宿絕對是我種草推薦的好去處[強] 每個角落都打理的乾乾淨淨，房東夫婦也超級nice，熱情周到又貼心，讓我感受到了家的温暖[愛心]

昆明古滇半山温泉酒店的入住體驗完全超出了我的預期，必須給個大大的贊！👍 酒店園林環境真的太棒了，沿着石板小徑漫步，四周綠樹成蔭，各種熱帶植物錯落有致，處處都是景。我入住的是彩雲軒單卧温泉別墅，私密性很好，最驚喜的是別墅自帶泡池！清晨、傍晚泡個温泉，聽着鳥鳴，聞着花香，水波映着樹影，這種親近自然的感覺太治癒了。 工作人員的服務也特別貼心，從入住引導到日常問候都讓人如沐春風，能感受到酒店每位工作人員的真誠和熱情。 早餐出品很精緻，尤其是那碗地道的米線，搭配特色醬料，放在藍色餐墊上顯得格外有食慾，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。 整體來説，這裏將自然景觀與度假體驗完美融合，是放鬆身心的理想選擇，強烈推薦！

Clean and decent price place ideal for solo travellers. Very covenient location you can take trsins, Kunming metro is in walking distance. Tjis is not hotel rather it is a guesthouse or homestay. All amenities foods, shopping, ***** store telecom services, priority delivery service are all within proximity. The landlord couple especially the wife are an excellent couple who are devoted to go extra miles to hejp and support guests living at their places, no complaints on both sides at all.

The reception of this hotel is the best, they were a pair of young man (that can speak a little english) and young lady that were so very helpful adjusting us tours and helping us map our way through the city 🫶🏾 Hotel is clean and have hot water, warm room. Located near to the muslim community (great for halal food!) and a night market. Very safe, the police station is right at front of the hotel.

Logement relativement récent, propre et agréable, mais manque d’équipement, c’est dommage. Il y a bien une machine à laver, mais rien pour étendre le linge, pas de couverts ni de verres — un minimum serait apprécié, surtout avec une bouilloire à disposition. Communication perfectible : le ménage n’a pas été fait le premier jour, il faut apparemment le demander alors qu’il est indiqué “ménage quotidien”. Même chose pour les serviettes, à réclamer directement. Le code de la porte change chaque jour sans prévenir, obligeant à contacter le personnel pour obtenir le nouveau. Pas d’accueil physique sur place, il s’agit plutôt d’un appartement géré par des particuliers. Cela dit, le personnel reste très sympathique et souriant, et le rapport qualité-prix demeure intéressant. Une expérience correcte dans l’ensemble, mais avec quelques points à améliorer.

Great location, look for the yellow boards and you will find it easily. The room items are little bit used but all is all right and clean. I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.
