"I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is."

"Nice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load)."

"位置比較偏，應該屬於新建設的，但是底下的萬達商場滿足了吃飯的要求,從張掖回西安，有個藏文化博物館還沒去，不想去市裡住第二天再回來，就選擇了這裏，家裡的老少都很喜歡。酒店很新，設施也不錯，就是燈的開關有點莫名其妙,洗着澡突然就暗了😂萬達好像真不行了，有一棟大廈爛尾了，影響了已經建好的兩棟樓的地下停車場，所以馬路兩邊停滿了車，有地上車位費需要自理，其他還是挺滿意的"

"Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too."

"提前便收到了酒店打來的電話，提前提醒了酒店的位置等吃飯攻略很貼心，房間面積也挺大的靠近吾悦廣場，去很多地方景點很方便打車基本可以到達，西寧最近温度很低空調還提前給打開，服務很好贈送了九宮格精緻下午茶，酒店的早餐也挺不錯自助餐種類豐富。"

"I only stayed one night but it was honestly one of my best hostel experiences! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming — I felt at home right away. In the evening, we all shared a barbecue together which made it so easy to connect with people. And bonus: there are the cutest cats ever 🐱❤️ Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good vibes and lovely people!"

"酒店在西寧特產的市場裏，門口有很大的停車場，停車特別方便，購買蟲草、藏紅花等特產也方便。房間很大，設施也很齊全，服務特別好，早餐也非常豐富。唯一不好的就是附近吃飯的選擇較少，不過我們也不能偷懶正好去逛夜市了。原定返程時還要住這家酒店，但行程改變，遺憾不能再次居住。"

"老闆是一個特別特別好的人，住的這幾天跟老闆都混熟了，哈哈，而且房間很乾凈啊，每天都有人打掃，大大的贊，那天想吃鹵肉沒蘸料，就去找老闆媳婦去借了點，總之就是好評，如果是想要和幾個朋友叫上打遊戲，這裏絕對是最好的選擇，我反正是還會光顧的，寶藏老闆和店鋪，兄弟們碼住！"
