"This is the second time i come here to this hotel , and it won’t be the last time, there may be other hotels with similar or better views, but the service of the girl in the reception is the reason why i will always choose the Siman luxury hotel, she is so friendly so helpful so kind so serviable so professional , makes me feel home , i live in changsha i don’t need a hotel to stay the night, but whenever i need to feel home i come to this hotel thanks to her she is one of the best receptionists that all the hotels need , that girl deserves the best , and i love this hotel as long as she’s here , but the hotel it’s self is beautiful calm and comfortable clean and everything is in the order as well ❤️"

"I really have mix option about this hotel so please read it all. The location of this hotel is supposed to be it's strength, but with my window close tight I was force to listen to Karaoke all night long. The music coming from the street down or maybe coming from the river-walk literally went on all night long until 6am in the morning. I couldn't get any good sleep. you do get the river-view and you do get the convenience of the location being close by the city-walk. But you wouldn't expect the noisy level all night for a 5 star hotel. The price is good, probably the lowest in town for a 5 star with a great location. room and bathroom was large size and overall clean. unreasonable crowded lobby with appears to me non hotel guests. also elevator was slow and dumb which the hotel already knew and there were notes in room that addresses the issue. But the most unreasonable problem I had was with the self-served laundry facility. The hotel had 3 sets of washer/dryer. I was able to secure 1 washer and washed my clothes. After my clothes were washed all the dryer was occupied and in-use. So I took my WET clothes back to my room and waited out the timer that was on the 3 dryers and set my alarm so I can come back use the dryer when time is up. My alarm goes off and I was back in the laundry room and the 3 dryer machine had their timers adjusted and drying time was being extended. 1 dryer was occupied by 1 guest and other TWO dryers in use by the 1 same user (there were notes on the machines that indicates which room guest are using each machine). So I set my alarm again and went back to my room with my wet clothes trying to wait it out. Time is up and I went to check on the dryers, while approaching the laundry room I saw a staff coming out from it. And when I went into the laundry room the dryer's timer have been extended and occupied by the same people. I was frustrated and angry, so I went to the hotel front lobby to report the issue hoping to get a solution. the front lobby acknowledge that it was their staff that is helping the other room guest extending the timers and taking care their laundry. WELL its self-sever laundry so the staff shouldn't have done that and if they wanted to provide service and change the usage rules then they should give an opportunity for other guests to use the machines too. ESPECIALLY one of the guest is using TWO machines at the same time. Shouldn't the staff stop one machine and let me/others guest use it and when we are done that guest can hog up two machines again. But, no, front lobby attendant insist that guest can use two machines until their clothes are dry/done. WHAT?! so I ask, if a guest hogs up 3 machines at the same time and use it for 10 hours straight other guest should just wait or not be able to use the laundry? Her solution for me was to leave my clothes in the laundry and when the other guest clothes are dry and the staff will help to put my clothes in the dryer for me. WHAT, NO. first hygiene issue I don't want anyone else to touch my washed clothes. second, what if my clothes were missing, like a sock or something. by then, an apology don't turn things back and it's called a self-served laundry for a reason. It was like 3am, in the end I didnt get to dry my clothes. I had to pack up my simi wet clothes the next day to check out with lack of sleep. I brought to the manager's attention about the ordeal I went through during check out and she apologized for what I went through the night. She authorized a partial credit refund for my stay, so please keep in mind I gave 2/5 for service because she brought it back. otherwise, the service would have been 0 or 1 star. "Room was modern and clean with great ducted heating. Can check in early for an additional fee if you wish. Daily housekeeping provided everyday, microwave, washing machine, dryer and detergent free for guest use. Lots of good local food on both streets either side of the building. The room had floor to ceiling windows that opened to the outside hallway so you couldn’t have them open which meant no natural light. Girl at reception (day/morning time) was unfriendly and seemed annoyed anytime you asked for help."

"The two things I especially liked about this hotel were 1. The design, which was very classy. I especially liked the little touches around the room like small flower vases, and 2. The attentive service, especially from Wenwen and Tang tang. Even though we had to use a translation app to communicate they were extremely patient and kind! We would definitely love to return to this hotel. Two small changes I would make. 1. Afternoon tea served in plastic cups, no need for plastic 2. The room doesn't really have a lake view so I would change the description."

"This hostel is very well located, right next to all the main tourist spots in downtown Changsha. It’s for women only, which is very convenient and gives a sense of safety. It’s also nice that the bed is in a private room just for you, which offers more privacy. The bathrooms are decent and clean. The only downside I’d highlight is the mattress: it’s tiny, quite dirty, and you’re basically sleeping directly on a wooden board. I’m not usually one to complain, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a good night’s rest. That said, the girls at the reception were very kind and helpful throughout my stay."

"The location is excellent — just a few steps from the subway station, which made getting around very convenient. The entrance of the building is a bit old and currently under renovation, but it didn’t affect our stay. The hotel itself is on the 6th floor. The room is spacious and the mattresses are exceptionally comfortable, helping us recover well after a long day of traveling. The only minor downside is that there are only two sets of laundry machines, and they are home-use models, so our clothes didn’t dry completely. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great comfort and a very convenient location."

"Stayed one night in a Family Room for 3 adults. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast spread was good. Staff are very helpful and ensured your stay was pleasant. A male staff (looks like a manager) was very friendly at the breakfast hall and asked if everything was fine. Housekeeping service was good. Hotel was in a good location and was easy to get a Didi to/from Changsha Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street 7km away (for shopping and great food!) as well as a major shopping mall (Wangjiali International Shopping Plaza) about 2km away."

"Hotel service team is dedicated to put their best service forward. They serve complimentary afternoon tea and porridge for supper if we are in hotel to enjoy. Location is a few minutes by car away from city centre, yet provides privacy to guests. They also provide a complimentary service for our luggages to be brought to the airport. We could tour around city and head straight to airport without having to pick up our luggages. Our teenage daughter left her iPad in the room. They notified us that they left the found iPad in a specific hand carry that was to be transported to Changsha International airport Terminal 2. Their dedication and genuine honesty would give guests a luxurious experience home away from home."
