"What is obviously see in this hotel is how good of the staff. The super happy to help and make your life easier The hotel itself locate like few steps from exit of metro Zhongyang street. i was shock when i see the metro in front of hotel cause expect less. Room is quite small so i request the bigger one if they have so they upgrade me with no cost 😘 all amenities are enough. **caution: no elevator, i have a huge luggages so guy staff and some ladies staff need to help me bring upstair The cuteness of this hotel is they provide tea,coffee,herb tea, snack,cake for everyone free!! also give the departure gift when u check out those are quite great souvenirs from Haerbin 🫰🤟👏"

"Еле еле вызвали трансфер. Трип ком прислал ви чат не того отеля и к нам приехал трансфер другого отеля. Хотели отменить бронь, но нельзя бесплатно. Еле как дозвонились. Больше часа в аэропорту, чтобы найти нужный номер и уехать. Отель большой, наверное, проводят там свадьбы. Номер неуютный. В ванной комнате в сливе был пакет. Отвратительно. Убрали и так завоняло. Просто жуть. Закрывали дверь, но все равно плохо было. Окна заклеены, не проветрить. Кровать удобная. В номере тепло. Завтрак с китайским уклоном. Не было напитков вообще. Европейцам есть нечего. Из плюсов обратный трансфер приехал вовремя. На 1 этаже есть кофемашина."

"I chose this hotel because it offers free airport transfer. I arrived around midnight and left early in the morning, yet the host was still very kind and helpful with the pickup and drop-off. The room was clean, cozy, and even better than I expected, with everything well prepared, eg. drinking water, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, etc. I also appreciated the thoughtful detail of having the table corners covered to prevent scratches. Overall, it was indeed a pleasant stay."

"Everything was good right until the last night… we put in our clothes in the machine to dry coz it was still wet . (They have only one machine). We set a timer for 2 hours and we came down 5 mins earlier. Their staff took out our clothes and put in other clothes saying the customer is in a rush. Our clothes were still sloppy wet which means the machine barely ran for 10 mins before they took out our clothes. It was our last night and we need to pack our luggage. We waited another 10 mins and put in our clothes to dry again after communicating with the staff. We timed 2 hours again. The best part was 2 hours later at 1am, the machine was still running with 2 hours left and the 5 bags of dirty laundry that I saw 2 hours ago is now 3 bags. I had to get the staff to help me manually stop the machine coz it cannot be unlocked if the time is not up. My clothes were still wet, same as per 2 hours ago. I was too tired and speechless with their behaviour to continue this nonsense. I had to wake up 3 hours earlier just to blow dry my clothes so that I can pack them into my luggage. Very bad experience!"
