"Super convinience place and friendly staffs for help…walking distances to Chinese Baroque street market within 15 mins ,many popular foods and a lot variety foods can found in this area…I like my family room ,toilet and bath seperated ,no worries about hungry for tourists bcx they hv vending machines for foods and drinks.You can do own laundry and dry by its own. If nt dry,you can hang in room . You can ask the staffs to help if needed and they super super helpful when i lost … Im feel so lucky to be their guest… Nextime i will bring some fruits from Malaysia for them when i visit Harbin again.Worth to stay…and cozy place when bringing kids along."

"This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in China. The service is excellent. I had an issue with my mobile network and Mr Wang took us by foot to a mobile shop located some 1km away. Hotel is very strategically located just 5 mins to Central Street and within walking distance to St Sophia. The room and bathroom are both spacious, clean and there is no bad smell. The room is quiet at night. Breakfast is buffet style plus a selection of different set breakfast which were all delicious. Hotel also provides a nice afternoon tea spread. We highly recommend Junyi Hotel.😀"

"My travel companion and I loved our 5D4N hotel stay. The interior design is aesthetically pleasing in a classy way which elevates the experience. The hotel is very clean and well-managed by polite and helpful staff who assisted in different aspects of our stay, from enquiries, baggages and bookings to housekeeping and breakfast experience. What you see in the photos is what you get. Comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. Excellent location: A minute's walk from Zhongyang Street and right next to the famed Laochujia restaurant and several other eateries. No lack of food and shopping day or night if you stay in this hotel. For those who prefer a slower day, it's a short walk from Lizzy to Zhaolin Park."

"This is a really a MUST to stay In Harbin. The reasons? First of all, the staff are really really helpful and friendly (Like 梦梦 and 小雪 and the rest). You will feel love by them. 2nd, the hotel is strategically located, to Sophia Church is only 10 minutes by cab. 3rdly, hotel has non-stop coffee, cookies, fruits and yogurt ❤️, finally the room iis cozy, beautiful and everything is boutique style room. 第一次到哈尔滨， 如何住入这个酒店， 真的真的太值了。 我不知他们如何训练， 每一位都超级好笑容， 乐于助人， 就重要照顾到我们无微不至。 我需要感谢梦梦和小雪， 你们很棒🙏🏻。 地点方便， 好多甜品，咖啡☕️，最重要免费 😘。 当然我和太太喜欢她的房间， 全部还很新。 我和太太已经决定了， 我们再过几天又要住这一家， 这就证明这一家有多好 ❤️"

"Sercive: The staff is very helpful when i complaint about the drainage. They directly help me to fix it. There is also one hot bathing in the hotel, that i got voucher for free. The staff there is also very helpful and very welcome us. Location: near to zhongyang street, but a bit far from sophia square. About 15 min walk. Overall, my 3 night stay is very good and nice"

"It is certainly an overwhelming experience of my stay, this property is located just a few steps from Central Avenue (Zhongyang Street) which is the iconic landmark of its city, connecting to the major tourist attractions such as St. Sophia church, Zhaolin Park, China Baroque History Culture Scenic Area, Dragon Tower ( Long Ta ), Sun Island, Ice Show World etc wherever can be reached by metro, makes perfectly sense to leisure travellers, practically for purpose of the visit to Ice Show World when on winter season. Upon reaching the entrance of the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and helpful, stepped out to help me take the luggages for check-in, they gladly introduced the history of the hotel, I was astonished to learn that it's been standing over 100 years, well designed in every part of foyer, full of Russian style, feeling like I'm staying in as a membersof the nobility. As I booked the superior room, the staff suggested a limited offer that I can go on the different type of suite, before the decision, they escorted me to have a view of the room, and I finally chose the 55sqm room, that was a big bargain for the upgrade paying just ¥500 extra. I was shocked at the time I stepped in to the room, it is elegantly decorated. Whenever you sit in watching the TV, lying on the bed immersing yourself enjoying the bubble bath, you would almost be resisted to leave. Finally I will undoubtedly give the full score of 10 for what I deserved from this property, and this will be a good place to be on my next visit, hopefully December the year for Ice Snow festival."

"Bu otelin personeli çok iyi. Gülümseyen ve kibar. Yataklar süper rahat ve banyo oldukça hoş. Açık büfe kahvaltı düşündüğümüzden daha iyiydi, westernlere de hitap ediyordu. Çilek soslu Fransız tostu hoş bir sürprizdi. Harika kahve. Spa güzeldi. Keşke kışın dışarı çıkıp serinlemek ve tekrar saunalara girebilseydik. Yaz aylarında spanın dış kısmının deneyimi daha iyi hale getireceğinden eminim. Havuzda jakuzi efektini çalıştıran tuşlardan birkaçı kırık ama onun dışında hoşumuza gitti."

"帶孩子旅行住的，非常舒適，房間很寬敞佈局合理，個人感覺跟香格里拉的佈局很像，親子房有兩個洗手池，放東西的枱麪也很多，非常方便。五星酒店該有的細節和服務都有，價格卻很便宜。另外挨着萬象滙，帶孩子吃飯買東西步行兩分鐘，後悔沒有四晚都訂這裏了。下次來哈爾濱還會住這裏～"

"1、我是26日入住宜元酒店的，定了四天房，30日退房。辦理入住後前台服務員衹把房卡給我，等我上樓後發現身份證沒有，又下樓找她取她連一句抱歉都沒有; 2、第二天我出去走了一天，晚上回來房卡開不了門，下樓問前台服務員説一天一刷卡，我定四天憑什麼一天一刷?為什麼辦理入住時不告訴我一天一刷卡?我累了一天上樓還得下去辦;3、我在攜程訂酒店都不收按金，這家還收100按金;4、每天都不打掃房間，必須我催一下才打掃，28日催了兩次才來打掃;5、衞生間排風不好使，味很大，排不出去。6、房卡不能刷電梯，每次回來或者下樓取外賣必須叫服務員刷電梯，極其不方便，每次我都跟服務員説謝謝，每次她都不理我;7、賓館備註中央大街卓展店，外地人以為在中央大街旁邊，結果座公交3站地，還得再步行900多米，純屬誤導客户，建議攜程平台加強審核。"

"the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)"
