"Good location near to Chinese Baroque tourist street. Booked 3 nights on line and extended another later. Counter service very friendly and helpful as we can't get local number (for e-hailing cab) and couldn't call a bigger car to cope our luggage. We called and they provided good advices. Only draw back is the basin is leaking and feel messy. Overall it's a good stay."

Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments.
Easy contact concierge via WeChat.
One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful.
Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry.
There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag.
We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am.
Our rooms were always well made-up.
They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from.
There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail.
Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China.
So grateful!

"the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)"

"What an incredible hotel this is. Our stay has been absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven't remembered all their names but Suyu at the front desk was so helpful in ensuring we got settled in on arrival. It was early and cold when we arrived but this hotel provided us a warm haven.
This hotel has all the 5 star features you would expect and more. The multiple hot pools are a highlight. The outside heated pool was amazing during the snow.
The staff helped us navigate the city buses easily (the gentleman at the front desk was also great).
We will return to this hotel as soon as we can.

The breakfast and other dining options were fine, but not up to the ShangriLa’s standards elsewhere. We loved our rooms and the helpfulness of staff. As the single bed weren't quite 120cm as published, the hotel gave us a room upgrade with free breakfast with a small sum, which we were truly grateful. "Sercive: The staff is very helpful when i complaint about the drainage. They directly help me to fix it. There is also one hot bathing in the hotel, that i got voucher for free. The staff there is also very helpful and very welcome us.
Location: near to zhongyang street, but a bit far from sophia square. About 15 min walk.
Overall, my 3 night stay is very good and nice"

My stay at The Mansion 1903 was exceptional, thanks to its outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness were evident. They proactively assigned me a quiet room, anticipating my needs even before I expressed them.
Housekeeping left thoughtful daily touches, like local snack recommendations and hand - written notes about nearby attractions. In the restaurant, the waitstaff expertly guided me through the menu, suggesting perfect wine pairings for each dish.
At checkout, the staff remembered every detail of my stay and gave me a personalized souvenir. The Mansion 1903 sets a high standard for hospitality, offering a truly unforgettable experience.

MMikeyMike666Great hotel located in the heart of Harbin, very close to all major attractions. Rooms where very clean and extremely comfortable. Decor was also beautiful.
My only complaint was that nobody here could speak English. For an upmarket hotel some of the employees must be able to speak English otherwise it brings the value down.
One thing I do appreciate is that they have cat houses outside the hotel for stray cats to find a place of warmth during the very cold winters. A hotel that cares for animals is beyond amazing in my view and that's why I give them five stars .

AAshley HoIt was awesome hotel with superb service from top to bottom. From the time we reached there butler and service staff to welcome us. The reception is at 54 floor, you have take the escalator up and register your stay. Then take the second escalator down to your room of another escavator is you are staying in executive suites. Very interesting, to get down you need to go up to level 54 and take the lift down. To get to the bar u need to take the lift 58. Very nice lounge with interesting cocktails.
They use electric toilet bowl which is convenient when the very cold. Been staying here 3 nights when I reached
Will come back and stay in the hotel again if I am back to Harbin.

MMisafir KullanıcıRoom was like a sauna, highest recorded was +29degrees. Thats when we called the reception and they sent a service man to come and look. Apparently there is no cooling here only heating during winter. No matter what setting was put in the thermostat it didn't help. Solution was to open the window, which helped a little but still, the temperature came down only to 27.5c during the night. Also breakfast was not that tasty. Note to foreign travellers, Amex and Mastercard did not work here for paying deposit. Location is a bit far from the attractions of Harbin. Service was good, and apologetic with regards of our issues during the stay. Also breakfast options were not so tasty and variety was limited compared to many other hotels. Evening snack wonton's and noodles were excellent though! Unfortunately cannot recommend staying here, as even with the level of service, the premises are having fundamental issues which weaken the quality of the stay.

MMisafir KullanıcıMy recent stay at the Yabu Loni Hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. It perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and fantastic service, making for a memorable winter getaway.
First and foremost, the hotel itself is lovely. The hotel counter staff are helpful and friendly too. The rooms are nice and cozy, providing the perfect warm and inviting retreat after a long day on the slopes. It felt like a true home away from home.
The highlight of our trip was the seamless ski package coordinated with the Sun Mountain Ski Resort, the snowboard equipment is new. The package made everything incredibly easy, and I must give a special commendation to the staff at Sun Mountain Resort. They were exceptionally professional and efficient. Their excellence was truly demonstrated when I unfortunately lost my DJI Pocket 3 on the way to the slope. Once I reported it lost, they managed the situation brilliantly and, to my immense relief, helped me find it! This level of care and responsibility is truly above and beyond.
When it came to dining, the hotel’s restaurant, Er Bin Si Fang Cai, was a delight. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel every morning, which was a great way to start the day. The food and service were so good that I ended up having dinner at the restaurant every night. The service was attentive, and the food was consistently delicious.
In summary, I highly recommend Yabu Loni Hotel. The cozy atmosphere, valuable ski package, and outstanding service from both the hotel and Sun Mountain Resort team make it a top choice. I will definitely be returning!

YYinYinTravelThe main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring.
The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement.
Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

OOhmaiI arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly.
The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number.
Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley.
The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃

JJTLJPeople in Harbin City are generally very customer centric and welcoming. Staff are courteous and understanding too. We've stayed 1 night & was indoor whole time as understand there's some restriction when leaving the building but no time to go outdoor since it's filled with activities. There's only free flow of ice cream, drinks and fruits while meals are chargeable from the foodcourt & restaurant at lvl5. The fc open at 8am hence we have to order in from ******* since we are leaving early.
Upon entering the building, it's really hot.
We took the family room at lvl7 which seems situated at the back alley & not ventilated. We stayed at Room 7036 which was really hot even when we opened the window & with the small fan they provided that doesn't help at all, regretfully we didn't sleep well the whole night.

SSmad航班延誤，要半夜才能到太平機場，就在附近訂個酒店。看見這家酒店有接送，打電話約好了。
然後就訂了這房間。服務真的不錯司機送到酒店裡也很客氣。
這裏分主樓和附樓，附樓便宜，設施相對一般。
早餐在主樓吃的，還可以。酒店對面就是一個公交車站383到市區也很方便。
如果衹是半夜睡一覺。特別是晚到哈爾濱的。
