"Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located to pedestrian street and Zaolin Park. Close to Metro station. Everything within easy walking distance. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, they made our visit feel extra special. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. "This is a modern and compact 3-store hotel very close to Harbin station. It might take you a while to figure out how to reach out from the station. They do not serve breakfast, but there is a nice restaurant next door and some small shops around the corner. The bed and pillows are comfortable."

"The location of the hotel is great! Located on central Street area, we were able to walk to many tourist attractions. As the single bed weren't quite 120cm as published, the hotel gave us a room upgrade with free breakfast with a small sum, which we were truly grateful. The staffs here were truly hospitable, special shout out to Ms 王金爽 who took great care of us. Would highly recommend this hotel"

"We had a great experience of having spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel Wanda Realm in NanGang Harbin. The location of the hotel was so handy to basically everywhere: 4 minute’s walking distance to Xicheng Hongchang Plaza; 5 to 6 minutes to Wanda Plaza and the subway station (Line 3). Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in.
Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments.
Easy contact concierge via WeChat.
One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful.
Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry.
There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag.
We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am.
Our rooms were always well made-up.
They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from.
There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail.
Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China.
So grateful!

"Everything was good about this hotel except that the room thermostat was set too high that the room became stifling. We finally had to turn off the thermostat for the room to cool down and had to open up the blinds/curtains at bedtime for some cold to come thru the window panes. There were no openable windows in the room. We also had to open the door to allow the cooler air in the hallways to come into the room to lower the whole room temperature."

The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough.

The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay.
Service (5/5)
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests.
Facilities (4/5)
I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room.
Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral."

AAshley HoIt was awesome hotel with superb service from top to bottom. From the time we reached there butler and service staff to welcome us. The reception is at 54 floor, you have take the escalator up and register your stay. Then take the second escalator down to your room of another escavator is you are staying in executive suites. Very interesting, to get down you need to go up to level 54 and take the lift down. To get to the bar u need to take the lift 58. Very nice lounge with interesting cocktails.
They use electric toilet bowl which is convenient when the very cold. Been staying here 3 nights when I reached
Will come back and stay in the hotel again if I am back to Harbin.

DDon OLCSofitel Harbin is conveniently located next to Wanda plaza or shopping centre which have everything you need. The staff is friendly and warm . Near the hotel is a very yummy bbq restaurant which is affordable and good quality.

MMisafir KullanıcıI stayed at this hotel as a solo traveller, and it was honestly a great experience. The hotel is very nice and cozy, perfect for one person. I felt very safe throughout my stay, and the overall environment was comfortable and pleasant.
What really stood out was the staff and the hotel manager. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Even though there was a language barrier at times, they always took the initiative to communicate and assist in any way they could.
I’m especially grateful to the hotel manager, CHARLES SONG. I accidentally left my laptop at Harbin Airport, and when I asked for help, he immediately took the initiative to arrange the delivery for me without any hesitation. That level of responsibility and kindness truly meant a lot to me.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Harbin, especially solo travellers. I would gladly stay here again.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. CColin and Robyn LogieWhat an incredible hotel this is. Our stay has been absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven't remembered all their names but Suyu at the front desk was so helpful in ensuring we got settled in on arrival. It was early and cold when we arrived but this hotel provided us a warm haven.
This hotel has all the 5 star features you would expect and more. The multiple hot pools are a highlight. The outside heated pool was amazing during the snow.
The staff helped us navigate the city buses easily (the gentleman at the front desk was also great).
We will return to this hotel as soon as we can.
Harbin is cold but the hotsprings ♨️ are warm

YYinYinTravelThe main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring.
The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement.
Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.
