Personel yardımcı olma konusunda zayıftı. Sabaha kadar odanın dışından, borudan su sesi geldi, odamız 2. Katta olduğu için alt kattaki (sanırım çamaşır odası) sesi geldi.

Otel beklentilerimin ötesindeydi! Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, odalar temiz ve rahattı ve konumu şehri keşfetmek için mükemmeldi. Kayabacho İstasyonu'na yakın olması ulaşımı kolaylaştırdı ve civarda birçok harika restoran ve mağaza vardı. Rahat ve konforlu bir konaklama arayan herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

The place was clean and nice. We also liked the surrounding area near the palace.  However there was a weird noise coming from the air conditioner that woke us up multiple times at night. We were only staying for one night and were too exhausted to get the staff to fix it, so we cannot really comment on their responsiveness.  Overall a nice hotel to stay at.

This it the best experience we had. The hotel is very nice placed, there are bus stops and train stops nearby, only in 3-5 minutes walk. Also there are many small cafes and restaurants on the street of the hotel and plenty of convenience stores. The room was very spacious! it was a surprise for us. Even the bathroom was big and comfortable! The room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel! thanks a lot! truly recommended!

Kyoto İstasyonu'na yaklaşık 20 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde, oldukça ucuz ve rahat. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği ücretsizdi ve lezzetliydi (bir şirket veya okul kafeteryasının tadına benziyordu). Bazı insanlar lezzetli olmadığını söyledi, ancak sanırım geceliği yaklaşık 30.000 ila 50.000 yen tutan bir ryokan hanındaki yemeği hayal ediyorlar. Bu lüks bir han değil, dolayısıyla yiyecekler makul standartlarda. Akşam yemeği için iki seçenekten birini seçebilirsiniz: günlük set menü veya köri. Günlük set menüde hamburger bifteği ve zencefilli domuz eti yedim. Köri, kroket ve salata ile servis edilir. Salata self-servis olarak sunuluyordu ve içecekler arasında kahve, sebze suyu, portakal suyu, çay vb. bulunuyordu. Odalar sade ve çok geniş değil, ancak konaklama maliyetini göz önünde bulundurduğunuzda fiyatı uygun, yemekler dahil edildiğinde ise çok ucuz. Büyük hamam aynı zamanda 10 kişiden fazla kişiyi ağırlayabilecek kadar da genişti. Kendine özgü kırmızı tuğla yapısını kaçırmayacaksınız. Kalabalıktan uzak durup sakin bir yerleşim bölgesinin tadını çıkarmak istiyorsanız konumu mükemmel. Otel, ihtiyaç halinde sınırsız banyo malzemesi sunuyor. Banyo, Batı standartlarına göre küçük. Ancak genel olarak oda, Tokyo'daki tipik odalardan daha büyük.

Friendly staff. Bus stop and train station nearby hotel. Quiet environment. The room is big and comfortable. Private lady spa available. Coin laundry available (peak time after 8pm). Rooftop has a very good view. Nearby fish market (only available for visitors to see auction between 5am to 8am) Meter parking (remember to ask the front desk for a parking voucher - max JPY1200 for a weekday; max JPY1800 for weekend ) close by hotel (within 5 minutes walking distance).
