Bu otel gerçekten gizli bir hazine. Vardığımız andan itibaren kendimizi çok iyi hissettik. Ritz-Carlton gibi ama daha sıcak, daha kişisel bir hizmet sunuyor. Koridorlar lüks halılarla kaplı, malzemeler ve detaylar zengin ve birinci sınıf, çocuğum hemen ”şık” diye tanımladı - ben de çok zen, huzurlu ve sessiz olduğunu eklemek isterim. Oda oldukça geniş, sessiz ve çok zen. Otel yeni, modern ve ”akıllı”: sabah yataktan kalktığınızda, yumuşak bir ayak lambası otomatik olarak yanıyor, böylece düğmelerle uğraşmanıza gerek kalmıyor. Çocuklar perdeleri kapatmak için düğmelere basmayı çok sevdiler ve ben de tek dokunuşla çalışma ışığı ile rahat ortam arasında seçim yapabilmeyi sevdim. Buradaki hizmet olağanüstü. Herkes tamamen özverili, sorumlu, sıcak ve nazik - ve çok hızlı. Hiçbir şey asla sorun değil; her şey kibarca, saygılı ve düşünceli bir şekilde ele alınıyor, bu yüzden kendinizi gerçekten güvende ve iyi bakılmış hissediyorsunuz. Yaklaşık 15 dakika uzaklıkta bir outlet alışveriş merkezi var, bu yüzden alışveriş kesinlikle garanti altında. Pratik avantajlar: büyük bankalar hemen alt katta ve RMB değiştirmeniz gerekiyorsa, döviz kuru çok iyi ve ücretler makul. Konaklamanız sırasında yeni bir saç kesimi yaptırmak isterseniz bir kuaför bile var. Otel lüks, modern ve akıllı özelliklerle dolu olsa da, en çok değer verdiğim şey personelin özverisi, sıcaklığı ve samimiyeti. We spent 2 nights in the 2-bedroom loft at Le Zai Nan Luo Gu Alley and it was a fantastic stay from beginning to end. The design and atmosphere truly capture the charm of hutong-style living, giving us a unique local experience without sacrificing comfort and modern amenities. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the tourist hutong shopping district, surrounded by cafés, boutique shops, and endless food options. Major attractions like the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Tiananmen and more are all nearby, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included, which was a lovely touch and made our stay feel even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, blending traditional elements with a boutique, contemporary feel. The service was exceptional. Staff were attentive, friendly and always willing to help. They even took the initiative to transfer our luggage to our next hotel while we went shopping, which saved us so much time and hassle. Not to forget, upon checking out, they gifted us a small traditional Chinese tea set — such a thoughtful gesture that really made us feel appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay with unforgettable service and an authentic hutong experience. Highly recommended and we will definitely return on our next visit.

This new hotel is tucked down a side street in a hutong area and looks unassuming from the outside. Once inside you will be amazed at the beautiful spaces. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms even bigger with all the modern comforts you could want. Breakfast is a buffet and had a good selection of both western and Chinese foods. The front desk was incredibly accommodating, helping us order in dinner one night after a very long day.

前台服務特別貼心，辦理入住速度快，還主動告知周邊遊玩路線和餐廳推薦，有問必答超有耐心。房間更是驚喜，空間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約又不失質感，床鋪柔軟舒服，躺上去像陷進雲朵裏，一整晚睡得超香。衞生也沒得挑，床單被罩潔白無污漬，衞生間乾淨整潔，連細節都處理得很到位。

The hotel name is a little misleading as the name outside doesn’t actually say “the yard hotel”… it says “Pierre Palace Hotel” so it can be a little confusing to find the first time you arrive. It is very close to the Entrance of Qianemen Ave Security checkpoint where your didi driver will drop you off and you will have to walk a short 100 meters to get to the hotel, which is directly across from Lawson’s Convenience store. The location is 10/10  on the bustling street of Qiananmen Ave. Do not miss your chance to go to Michelin star “Quan de Jude” Roasted duck restaurant, which is well known in Beijing and just down the street. The staff here are very helpful, especially Mr. Zeng who is able to speak Cantonese and help provide us with instructions and information. If you need to communicate in English only, a translator app will help tremendously. We love the style and decor of this hotel, it has a classic yet charming interior. We originally booked an inside room without windows, but during the check-in process, they offered a room with windows with better ventilation at no extra charge for our comfort. The only downside is that they do not have an on-site restaurant. If you booked a room with free breakfast, they will give you a breakfast voucher and you go to another hotel nearby. You can also have the option for them to deliver the meal to you at 7 or 8 AM And they will hang it on the door knob of your room without knocking to disturb you. The breakfast menu selection was not our favourite. If we return to Beijing, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The facilities were great. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable it was perfect for a family with 2 young children. The location is a bit far from the center. If you don’t mind the 20 min ride then I would definitely recommend this serviced apartment.

Stayed 2 nights at the Commune by the Great Wall, an Unbound Collection by Hyatt. The resort is spread over a big acres of land within the Shuiguan area, also a short proximity to the renowned Badaling Great Wall. You have to reach there by car or by DiDi as there is no public transport to reach the Commune. This is a resort for those who wish to spend quality time, to seek refuge and to relax. The resort was designed by 12 individual renowned architects, each reflecting their own taste and styles, clearly demonstrated in the Communal Home you are staying. Each Communal Home consists of 5-6 rooms where you share common spaces such as Living, Dining, Kitchen and Courtyard with other fellow travellers. You will still have your own room and private bathroom similar to any other hotels or resorts. With the Communal Home, you can access these public area / communal area where often it is under utilised which is great for us. The room is immaculately adorned with the furniture styles of the Communal Home you have selected. There is Cantilever House (Red House), Terrace House, Suitcase House, Bamboo Wall, Forest House etc. My Bamboo Wall room is a little small in my opinion. The bedding is on a Tatami Platform. Bathroom is too big and it takes up too much space for the bedroom. There are limited spaces for the suitcase as we travel from afar. There is also no hook for clothing in the bathroom, no hook for the hand towel which is quite strange given that it is quite luxurious. We bought the package which includes daily breakfast for 2 with Shuiguan Great Wall Ticket and a High Tea. There is an outdoor swimming pool within the hotel and a gym. The pool is only open for 3 months during the summer months, not sure why the restrictions even though it is not a heated pool. During my visit, day time was hot and the air temperature was around 26-28 degrees. Though the water temperature may be way cooler, but if the pool is opened, we will probably take a dip. The breakfast is either a la carte or buffet depending on the hotel's occupancy rate. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel as well and the food is very good though it is on the pricey side. To move around the resort, you will either walk (depending on the location of your accommodation), it can be far away from the restaurant or the reception. You can call them for a car pick up. The driver 小宋 is a great asset to the property, so as our Housekeeper 小李(李鸿建), he was very attentive and observatory. He saw we have many medicine and supplements in the room and he gave us extra water and left us a note. Great initiative! In short, it is a very memorable stay and a very good hideaway.

不得不誇一下這家酒店的服務，每一位員工都熱情周到，讓人如沐春風。房間佈置温馨，設施齊全，尤其是衞生間的細節處理非常到位。早餐種類繁多，美味可口。下次還會選擇這裏。
