"The view is very nice, The facilities has the problem of being open to the public. As soon as 8:30 in the morning to early evening, a great number of tourist floods the hotel common grounds, they cannot get into the room area but walk past your room and cause a lot of noise. They can see you through the room windows from the common area. You need to have the curtains drawn for privacy. Privacy is definitely lacking at this hotel asking premium pricing. Breakfast quality could be better, limited choices and quality is mediocre. Mike the manage was very helpful. However, due to the way the hotel is set up, I would definitely stay at another hotel if you want more privacy."

"This was a really nice hotel. the people working here are incredible, from the cooks who help make breakfast, to the front desk staff who patiently answered all our questions. My phone broke and they patiently took a look and recommended a few places where we could get it fixed. It is a little further out from the old town, but very easy to get a taxi or Didi from this location and because it is further out, it was very quiet. They also made sure we had some water and a few snacks before we left for the next part of our trip, so thank you very much! Breakfast noodles were also quite nice and delicious!"

"We had a wonderful stay (traveling from NY and Poland). The room is world-class—the sunrise view of Erhai Lake from the bathtub is unforgettable. The highlight was the service. Huge thanks to Cheng Qiqi (程七七) who was incredibly helpful, especially with ordering food and even helping us source a replacement keyboard! Even with a language barrier, the staff was eager to help. Note on Location: You need a Didi to get around, but they arrive in minutes and the Old City is very close. "Our stay at this resort was fantastic! The service was top-notch from the moment we arrived. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short distance from the railway station, making it easy to get around. The resort offers free scooters, which we didn't use, but it's a great perk for those who want to explore. After checking in, the host kindly recommended a few nearby restaurants for lunch, which we really appreciated. We also took advantage of the complimentary transfer to the railway station after checking out, making our departure seamless. The room we booked had a stunning sea view, and we loved spending time on the balcony, just relaxing and soaking in the scenery. A thoughtful touch was the welcome fruits and pastries provided upon check-in. The room itself was high-tech with a smart system, allowing us to control the lights, curtains, and more with just our voice—such a cool feature! Plus, there was a projector screen for TV, although we didn’t get around to using it. Overall, a wonderful stay—I’d definitely return!"

"Just got back from an amazing stay at the Pullman Dali ! First off, the views of Erhai Lake are incredible. Waking up to that every morning was worth the trip alone. The hotel is super modern and everything was spotlessly clean—our room felt like a perfect, comfortable retreat. But the real highlight was the service. A huge shoutout to our room assistant, Tracy! She was so attentive and helpful. For two days, she was basically my personal ”Ask Me Anything” guide for the hotel and Dali. Need a restaurant tip? Ask Tracy. How to work the lights? Tracy knows. Extra pillows? Tracy's on it. She answered every single question and made everything so easy and smooth. If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable hotel with stunning views and staff who genuinely make your stay better, this is it. Thanks especially to Tracy for making our trip so special!
