Xisha Qingshe Hotel is located in the people's Road section, the core of the ancient city of Dali. Due to the limitations of old and small architectural form, the ancient city of Dali has been short of hotels with moderate scale and standard hardware. The appearance of Xi she is expected to fill this gap and add a new bright spot to Renmin Road, the most artistic street in China. It is a great joy to give pleasure in the hearts of all sentient beings. It is a great sacrifice to give one's pleasure to others. Therefore, zen, empty spirit is the core spirit of our project, at the same time in order to respect our local culture, marble we massively applied in the design elements of Dali three main colors, blue, white, ash and joined a large number of local associated green black bluestone, bamboo weaving, the cane, cotton and linen with local cultural characteristics, such as the material for decoration.Wen Na, a famous mural artist, specially created the Picture of Giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up, giving up.We adopt high quality, environmental protection and natural materials for the building decoration of the whole hotel. The floor and furniture in the room are mainly made of wood, and most of them are hand-made on the spot. The original spirit is everywhere. After nearly a year's creation, Xshe will come out on August 5, 2015.
"the location of the hotel is closest to the west gate… which is a quiet part of Dali (quite safe). the hotel itself is 3 stories, is a boutique studio and the roof top has direct views of the entire ancient town. you can see erhai lake in the distance and cangshang in the background. there are many photosque moments on location too.
the staff are responsive on wechat, and provided a lovely breakfast (quite yummy, porridge egg and preserved mushroom), afternoon tea (flower biscuit) and a discount ticket to a pub with live music.
walking around dali old town is easy, the staff will send you a digital map. definitely make a trip to the old catholic church… the architecture is a sight to behold. the shops are foreigner oriented, so expect to see shops selling similar things offerings…
there is a bakery opposite and a fresh fruit stall just next door.
the hotel arranged for private transport to explore lake erhai + xizhou ancient town + drop off at shaxi ancient town… full day booking. a little more expensive than if you arranged on your own, but it was a comfortable ride."
