"The room was so clean and completely renovated. The location was great. The reception helped find the visiting places. When you are booking the hotel via this APP, make sure the information is updated! For the room I booked it was written that the room has a lake view but unfortunately, when I got my room it had a building view! I contacted “customer service”, and they gave me some “coins” in the APP as compensation. I will choose this hotel again if I travel to Dali."

"Very close to 洱海 and easy to go to 大理古城 the neighborhood where is located 才村 is super cozy, with a lot of good coffee places and delicious 饵块. I must recommend to pick a room with look to the lake is very worth it ( sadly we didn’t pick that one). The only weakness is the location is a bit tricky to go in with luggage the streets are not paved which is part of the charm of the place but when u carry luggage is not that good but I don’t blame the stay for this generally is all very good, the staff super kind and the generally stay very very cozy."

"Very informative staff, they sent a message ensuring we are not lost because the hotel location is in the old town. The room was spacious as expected. The floor is kind of dusty. The bed was comfortable but not sure how to turn on the bed warmer. The toilet... didnt expect its glass covered with a curtain lol. The hot water flows fast. They have a water dispenser, which eases refilling water bottles. Only figured out they have a rooftop an hour before the checkout, the view from the top is worth appreciating."

"I recently spent five nights (four days) at this wonderful property, and overall, it was an outstanding experience. The Hospitality The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the host. He was incredibly hospitable and always on hand to assist us at a moment's notice. Whether we needed extra amenities or a quick replacement for something in the room, he dealt with it immediately. Furthermore, his local knowledge was invaluable; he provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing and dining, and he went above and beyond to help resolve a few personal issues we encountered during our trip. The Location The location is perfect—smack-bang in the middle of everything. Because it is so centrally located, you have attractions to both the left and the right, meaning nothing is ever too far away. It serves as a brilliant base for exploring the area. Points to Note While I would still give this stay a full 10/10, there are a few things to be aware of: Noise Levels: Due to the stunning views, the property is quite exposed to the sounds of the local traffic and passing cruises. There was also some ongoing construction noise nearby, which is understandable given the area's development, but it’s worth noting if you are a light sleeper. Facilities: The laundry facilities are a bit limited, with only one small washing machine available. A couple more machines would definitely be a welcome addition for guests . Summary Despite the minor noise issues, the place is absolutely awesome. The warmth of the host and the convenience of the location far outweigh any downsides. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!"

"Just got back from an amazing stay at the Pullman Dali ! First off, the views of Erhai Lake are incredible. Waking up to that every morning was worth the trip alone. The hotel is super modern and everything was spotlessly clean—our room felt like a perfect, comfortable retreat. But the real highlight was the service. A huge shoutout to our room assistant, Tracy! She was so attentive and helpful. For two days, she was basically my personal ”Ask Me Anything” guide for the hotel and Dali. Need a restaurant tip? Ask Tracy. How to work the lights? Tracy knows. Extra pillows? Tracy's on it. She answered every single question and made everything so easy and smooth. If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable hotel with stunning views and staff who genuinely make your stay better, this is it. Thanks especially to Tracy for making our trip so special! Highly recommend!"

"Friendly and helpful staff, location very convenient to walk around the ancient town. They are very helpful to source for a large capacity ebike for me so I can travel to multiple places hazzle free. For elderly please request for a ground floor room if possible so you don't have to climb the staircase. Lastly I hope they can fix the WiFi issue."

"Stayed here for 2D1N (9–10 Nov) and absolutely loved the experience. The hotel is located right in front of Erhai Lake, a truly beautiful and peaceful view. The hotel is well maintained and new. although the Didi has to drop off behind the building and we need to pull our luggages about 200m but it’s still very manageable. Just to recommend to add the roadside lamp to make it easier for a walk during night or dawn as travellers might go somewhere else for the food hunting or any tourists attractions nearby Dali. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, especially the guy with glasses. He arranged so many things for us, including buying bread from a halal bakery, securing our early-morning Didi pick-up, and even helping carry our luggages. We also appreciate the lady staff who helped us pay via WeChat for the bike rental since we couldn’t make the payment ourselves. We reimbursed her through Alipay..so kind of her to help! And the barista who makes the coffee who also helping us during our stay. Overall, the service was excellent, and the view from the hotel was truly unforgettable. Highly recommended! Love from 3 ladies from Malaysia!"
