An absolute welcoming place to stay. Host are friendly and helpful. Not forgetting all the super hosts of 14 cats and 2 dogs (new addition puppy named ah fu). Rooms are nicely set up with smaller details in place eg: hot water dispenser, jumbo sized humidifier, etc) Location is tucked in an alley 2 mins walk away from main road. Easy 10 mins walk to gucheng. Everywhere else can be didi easily. Played with ah fu a little before saying goodbye to this lovely place. Please stay healthy to all my fur friends

A Perfect Score! 10/10 I seldom wrote reviews but this hotel had me want to write one. If you are coming to Dali and is overwhelmed by the sheer amount of hotels, just book this one. Why? Let’s dive in. 1) Location: 10/10. Just at the beginning of the famous S-bend along the ecological corridor and half distance to Dali Ancient City and Xi Zhou Ancient City. Both 10km away. Away from crowds but close enough to sightseeing places. Easy to get a didi. 2) View: 10/10. The er hai Seaview is your window in the room, frameless full glass. Best part, watch the sun rises each morning at the comfort of your bed.. Trust me, the view is incredible. 3) Room comfort: 10/10. The decor is 5 stars luxe. Full glass bathrooms, lush bedding, hansgrohe shower systems, 50 inch TV, built in air conditioning, automated toilet, smart home system. What can you asked for. Even the bath towel is Ritz-Carlton standard. 4) Service: 20/10. Yes 20/10. They have exceeded the golden standard. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, their service is nothing short of amazing. They appear when you need them and you won’t see them when you need privacy. I think they are not trained to say ‘no’ to your request. I am surprised they served us dessert to our room without us requesting for it. 5) Amenities: 10/10. A whole fridge of beverages and beer and ice creams at your disposal. Help yourself anytime of the day at absolutely zero costs. Bring the whole fridge home if you want. 6) Breakfast: 8/10. Mini buffet style and I must say it’s good for China standard. The only downside is the breakfast area, small and noisy. For the price we paid, it is a clear bargain for the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area. The service provided is absolutely impeccable. The clerk was very attentive and always active. The rooms are newly renovated and exquisite in presentation. The toilet is the best I have ever used and extremely high end. The view from the balcony is amazing, you can see the Cangshan mountains from across lake Erhai. Even the inside rooms are well presented and suitable for relaxing. The bed and pillows are some of the best I have ever used.

The host is overwhelmed, she try her best to solve all the problems ( excellent ) , good breakfast cook by her too ,  located right in the old town. Huge walking streets is a corner away . Plenty of food and restaurants shops , everything u name it . This room rate offer is way too cheap !!! I will not regret it . I must recommend this place to everyone trust me no regrets ! Last but not least the rooftop mountain view is attached ☺️☺️☺️☺️

We stayed at Lishe seaview resort hotel for 2 nights. The hotel upgraded us to a two-room apartment which I did not expect! The apartment had spectacular view of Erhai in the living room and master bedroom. I had the foresight of having one free and easy day and we pretty much stayed in most of the time to soak in the view. The staff service was amazing. The team reached out to me via trip.com the day before we check in (fantastic initiative) as overseas visitors like me are not familiar with the WeChat usage. When we arrive, the staff were on standby to receive us and bring us to the apartment as we got there via our own driver. The hotel sent nightly desert (white fungus) to our apartment. One important aspect of the hotel is the delicious and wide spread of breakfast. The breaky was on the highest floor offering great views of Erhai, and the lady attendant there was polite, cheerful and has great service. When we checked, the hotel staff came to the apartment and send us to the car. They also presented a farewell bag of goodies - including rose Chinese cakes (which were super delicious!), tea and sweets. It was an awfully thoughtful gesture. I had the rose Chinese cake during breaky and loved them. So I was super happy to find them in the farewell gift. I would strongly recommend a stay here if you are in Dali. Fellow Singaporeans- you would love this place! I think even if I did not get the upgrade, I would have loved the view too. Just keep one day of doing nothing and enjoy the beautiful view and the hotel hospitality. The hotel staff were service oriented, always smiling, polite and helpful. I mean every staff we encountered, even the cleaning staff! This hotel was a great highlight of our Dali stay. I would definitely come back to stay at Lishe when next back to Dali.

One of the most beautiful boutique hotels we stayed throughout our trip, this impeccably designed and maintained accommodation is very nature and antique themed, with a garden outside the room and dozens of tiny and large antiquities throughout. The highlight of course, are the owner’s three adorable and friendly cats who will come and let you pet and hold them. The rooms itself were also very beautiful, facing the Erhai Lake and you will get the chance to see the sunrise from the room. The owner was also extremely helpful in providing itinerary suggestions and helped us to book a driver straight to our next destinations and sorted out all the logistic issues with our next hotel. Highly recommend for the beauty of the hotel and the generosity of the owner and staff!

We had the pleasure of staying at Erhai Xinglai Lakeview Inn in picturesque Dali, and our experience was nothing short of magical. From the moment we booked, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, calling us to arrange for complimentary pickup from the airport. Important tip: Dali's cobblestone streets can be challenging for luggage, so be sure to call the hotel in advance to arrange for their free pickup service. Upon arrival, we were treated to a delightful tea break, complete with fresh fruits and fragrant rose tea. Witnessing the chef meticulously prepare the fruit platter for 30 minutes was a testament to the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to excellence. It's clear that every aspect of our stay was crafted with love. The hotel offers thoughtful amenities, including: - Photography package for capturing memories - Nighttime milk service, delivering warm milk to your doorstep before bed - Cozy library with an impressive selection of adult fiction, non-fiction, and children's books Near the hotel, there are live singing performances in the evenings, featuring talented vocalists performing ********* and Chinese classics (we enjoyed listening from the comfort of our room!) The staff's warm hospitality, combined with the hotel's charming ambiance and thoughtful touches, made our stay in Dali truly unforgettable. We highly recommend Erhai Xinglai to anyone seeking a tranquil retreat in this beautiful town.

I had a soothing and comfortable short stay at 山隅一舍. The staff was very personable, accommodating, and kind, proactively offering tea/coffee and prepared fruit. The room was clean and had a great view of the courtyard. At check-in, she even offered to upgrade the two-bed room I had booked to a room with a single larger bed but I was happy to stay in the original room as it was already prepared. I stillfound it to be a very thoughtful offer. The beds were also equipped with heating mats, which offered great sleep in the winter weather. The neighbors have some roosters that rise early, but I found it quite charming and fitting for the “out of the big city” ambiance. I could honestly just sit in the courtyard all day watching the cat and the fish. It was truly a tranquil oasis in a town that sees many domestic and international tourists. The breakfast also tasted clean, fresh, and was promptly prepared by the host when I woke up. She was also happy to offer recommendations to both myself and other guests (I even overheard her going the extra mile, offering to pickup pastries for the other guests to try at their request). The B&B is situated very close to the ancient town without being overwhelming, which although quite commercialized, is still a fun stroll since it’s nearby. The location is also a short DiDi ride away from many sights along Erhai Lake. Dali is full of independently-run accommodations and shops like this, but this one stood out for its great hospitality and soothing environment. The cost performance was also great. A hidden gem for sure!

酒店環境特別特別好，位置在雙廊的玉幾島上，位置極佳，離楊麗萍老師的太陽宮月亮宮特別特別近，在屋裡可以喂海鷗，床上可以賞風景，超級棒，尤其酒店的服務太好了！都是一對一管家式服務，特別是服務我們的小張同學，非常細緻周到熱情有禮貌，提前迎接，還送我們到停車場，為孩子準備的可愛的小拖鞋和牙刷，精心準備的下午茶，太滿意了！酒店公共區域也為客人開放，在海邊喝杯咖啡，吃點零食，太棒了！

I truly enjoyed my stay here — to the point that I honestly had no heart to leave. The only downside is that the homestay is a little far from Dali Old Town, but once you see the view, you’ll realize it is absolutely worth it. The service here is top-notch. The butlers were exceptional — very accommodating, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. One thoughtful gesture that really touched me was when they packed my breakfast the night before, knowing I had to check out early the next morning. The photography session was another highlight. The photographers were so professional and amazing that I ended up purchasing all the photos, which says a lot about how happy I was with the experience. I will definitely come back again — and next time, I hope to stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, beautiful views, and genuinely warm service.
