"One of the best services I've experienced in any hotel globally. And this is coming from someone who travels constantly and has lived in hotels for the last 2+ years. The team were always smiling, so friendly and approachable. I spoke to Miss Zhong Zhong often who was delightful, helping with anything and everything.
The rooms are very clean, laundry room is very convenient and the garden restaurant was delightful. Delicious fresh food, and lots of vegetables that they grow themselves. It would be a pleasure to come back to this hotel."

"The hotel is situated just a few kilometres from the airport, this will be a great place for you to take quick naps if you had late night flights. Plus, they provide one-way airport transfer for free. You’ll need to message the property beforehand, or call them away for this, the young driver is unassumingly kind and patient.
The passageways are pretty dimmed, so it felt a bit eerie. There is an elevator, so it’ll be helpful if you carry large luggages. The room has ample space considering its inexpensive price with comfy bed. The bathroom is large too, but it was moderately clean. Amenities provided are sufficient. Below the premise is a restaurant with banquet sittings, they sell drinks and snacks. The staffs are extremely helpful and polite. I’ll drop by again in the future!"

"I arrive at the airport after 1 p.m. on August 8th, go up to the 3rd floor, and when Exit 2 closes and exit 3, there is a white car about 10 people, and I say the name of the hotel I want to go to, and get on, so I can get off my burial at the hotel.The driver of the shuttle I boarded thanked the foreigner for responding kindly to my pronunciation. I arrived at the hotel about 15 minutes later, and the two front desk female employees kindly asked me when I was flying and showed me the shuttle departing at 10 o'clock, so I could catch the next flight without any mistake. The hotel room was clean and big and I liked it. The airport pickup shuttle seems to be approximately every 10 to 15 minutes, and the airport sanding is at midnight. …Of course I will use it next time.

"Very highly recommended. Out of the 3 five stars hotels I have stayed in during my trip, this was the best hotel to stay in. Super comfortable, very clean. My mum who is particular in cleanliness remarked that it was very clean and their bathroom glass windows were sparkling, (this was one of the probably the neglected areas that other hotels would missed out but not Double tree Hilton).
Too bad that I only managed to stay in for half a day as I needed to wake up early to head to the airport. But this was a fabulous place to rest and end my trip to Kunming. They provided transport to the airport too and it's about 15 mins ride there. Love it."

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite and courteous. The hotel pick up was smooth and comfortable. Breakfast was Chinese but fresh and delicious. I and my family enjoyed our stay.

KKatie_catsThis is a unique hotel that offers healing therapy classes that comes along with the accommodation package. I’ve attended the sound bath therapy class at 1pm and felt somewhat relax after the session. Throughout the day, we had a lot of rest in our room and can hear singing bowl music from outside in the late evening til night.
For maximum relaxation, I booked a room that provides aroma diffuser and essential oil to promote good sleep. Room has Xiao Du AI to help with curtains opening/closing, weather forecast, news, alarm setting and music playing! Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy watching shows on projector screen as the projector seems to be faulty. We initially thought its just dead battery in remote control but after changing to new battery provided by the hotel staff, the ceiling projector still fails to turn on. We gave up troubling the staff and rest instead since our flight is late midnight.
Breakfast is wide spread and offers both western and local food option. I like their porridge and it’s a good change from having daily Mi Xian from other hotels. They also offer special jujube type of fruits that I’ve never tasted before.
In addition, they also offer afternoon tea buffet starting from 2pm which you can help yourself if you are still staying in the hotel during the afternoon.
The only alarming thing is, we left the hotel with “Do not disturb” red light on + hang “do not disturb” tag on the door, but was shocked to see our room was tidied when we came back in the evening. China hotels do not seem to have safety box option as basic amenities, so we prefer not to get our room tidied but thankfully nothing valuable was lost. We didn’t tell the hotel since nothing was lost and our stay was short anyways.
Overall, the staff service attitude is friendly and good but I hope they can respect customer’s privacy. If customer do not wish the room to be cleaned, please do not enter the room.

Service Excellence
The hotel's staff are very friendly and efficient, and are able to respond quickly to the special needs of guests. For example, I made several special requests, and the hotel team not only responded in a timely manner, but also made sure that each request was handled properly. This kind of attentive service makes one feel very welcome.
Excellent hygiene The cleanliness of the
hotel was satisfactory and no dust or stains were found in the rooms. The bed linen and bedding were changed one by one, and the bathroom was kept very clean with no water stains or other problems. This makes me feel very relieved about the hygiene management of the hotel.
Breakfast & Afternoon Tea The
hotel's breakfast buffet offers everything from hot porridge to fresh fruit to a variety of breads and cakes. In addition, the selection of afternoon tea is also very rich, providing guests with more choices.
Late night snacks and special arrangements The late night snacks provided by the
hotel were equally delicious, especially considering that my wife was not feeling well, and the hotel also arranged a special service to bring the late night snacks to the room. This kind of meticulous care is heartwarming.
Freebies
Pleasantly surprised, the hotel gave guests a bottle of precious preserved mushrooms as a souvenir when they checked out. This little gift not only reflects the hotel's intentions, but also adds to the extra pleasure of the stay.
Overall Rating
Overall, the Papman stay was perfect. Whether it's the hygienic conditions, the quality of the service or the choice of food, it is very satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay.

JJade 丁玉儿A very good place to stay, super close to Kunming south station. So much food and stuff in the area, theres a food street with stalls too just around the corner. Breakfast buffet with coffee is included so its perfect to start your next journey. The bathroom is huge and the bed is super comfy.

Cons:
- room size was on the small side. There was barely space to keep 2 28” luggages open.
- Our taxi had difficulty finding the location of the hotel even with the address provided and using baidu map.
- we arrived at 11+pm and there was no one at the reception. The booking stated that reception was open 24hrs thus we did not make arrangement to notify about our arrival time. There was a signage that states that we could call a local mobile number to reach the staff. However, as our e-sim only had data and no talktime, we were unable to contact them, nor add them to WeChat. Eventually, fortunately a fellow hotel guest stepped out of their room and was kind enough to help us make a call to contact the reception.
Overall a good experience.

And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

MMisafir KullanıcıOur family of 2 adults and 2 children stayed at Jiangye for 3 nights and we concluded that it was the best accommodation amongst all that we stayed throughout our 2-week Yunnan vacation. We stayed at the loft room - room was spacious and very comfortable to stay in. Staff was very kind to let us stay in their biggest loft room with king beds. Laundry room (equipped with 4 clean washing machines and a drying room) was right opposite our room, making it very convenient for us to do our daily laundry. Breakfast was buffet style, with sufficient variety. On top of the breakfast that was already part of the room rates, we were very pleasantly surprised to be offered a daily homecooked meal, consisting of 2 mains, 2 veg and 1 soup, with dishes for us to choose from. Location was excellent, right opposite 大观景公园，staff even gave us bread to feed the seagulls. Staff were polite and prompt to requests. All in all an excellent stay and we will definitely be back again.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe room is pretty decent and big. There's just a bit of noise as the room I got is next to a room being renovated, but it is only during the daytime. The best thing for me aside from the beautiful view, big room, and big bed is the smart toilet (I specifically check for places with bidet for my stays, and this place got a high-tech one). The hotel and cold water are also great. I appreciate that the toilet, sink, and shower are separate.
The staff are all kind and helpful. I got an issue with my DiDi account and need to book one for my scheduled tour, and the staff on duty gladly helped me book one paying for it and said I could just settle the payment later, and even escorted me to the DiDi and let the driver know I don't speak the language and to get me safely to the location. The other staff also helped me with my WeChat, which helped a lot during my whole stay in China.
The only con that I can say (if you are specific with location) is that it is not that close with the usual tourist spots like the Kunming Old Street, but it is close to the South Railway station (Kunmingnan). This is not a big con for me as I actually enjoyed the nearby malls and alleys. This is one of the good stuff here as well. It is on top of a mall, and just across the place is also a place to go shopping (for clothes, food, restaurants). There's a big supermarket/department store in the next door mall too. It also gets lively at night.
Overall, personally, I find this a great place to stay in Kunming.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe had a great one-night stay. The room was clean and spacious, located in a quiet gated community. We arrived around noon and were warmly welcomed by the owner. At the gate, we showed our booking details to security, then walked a short distance to the unit with our luggage.
We enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by the in-house chef, and the owner also made us excellent, good quality coffee. The house is very close to Dianchi Lake, just a few steps from the gate. We were able to walk around the lake and even took a cableway across to the Western Hills (Must do). The lake area was also lovely for a nighttime walk.
Overall, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We wish we had stayed longer. The owner and staff were very friendly and made our stay even more pleasant.😊
