"Very compact rooms but very functional and clean. Give ample water and nice cold brew in the lobby too along with tea. The best part about the hotel was the breakfast - the ladies who run and clean up at breakfast are so kind and accommodating (our child has allergies). Loved the customizable noodle soups and rather large spread that changed daily. Definitely add the breakfast! The free laundry room was very helpful in our travels, though only 2 washers and 2 dryers so there may be a wait depending on volume. The tiny gym is also nice while you wait for your laundry. While the front desk was friendly and efficient, they didn’t really have any recommendations or insight into nearby attractions. The location was also not as convenient as I thought. Still a 15-20 min walk (or longer if you have a toddler) to Nanping Pedestrian St or Kunming Old Town. It’s not right next to anything except big banks. The subway was also not as helpful as I thought, though it easily got us to the train station for a tour to Stone Forest. Overall, still great value for money and would recommend for cleanliness and amenities. But you do need to walk like 5 min or so to anything to do. If you have kids, Xinhua Bookstore is around the corner (5min walk) which is nice for some kid downtime. Malls with famous Yunnan cuisine also 8-10 min walk away."

"酒店從門口的保安師傅都會下車幫你拿行李進來，就是整體裝潢都是法式風情，大唐特別好看。還有留足夠的空間給住客，可以用來會客坐在下面休息。酒店工作人員每個人都非常有禮貌，看到租客會主動打招呼。這個東西房間面積也不錯，緊湊型，就是浴室，廁所比較偏小。 房間還配備了飲水機跟小冰箱，特別方便泡茶或者咖啡都不用，自己要燒水了，直接有直飲水，可以選擇温度，水量。 還有的缺點就是淋浴的花灑噴頭水量太大，花灑模式不可以選擇。水量真的太大，就是外面沖洗馬路的高壓水槍！！ 對於外出旅行的人有洗衣房特別方便，酒店還有洗衣洗衣機，烘乾機跟熨燙機，分的非常清楚，旁邊還有標簽可以貼在上面。這個設施應該星級賓館也不一定會有。 性價比特別高，還包含早餐，最後checkout的時候也送鮮花餅"

Room with smart app xiaotu👍 Just a slight down point, at the 2nd day i asked for another room card, they didnt want to issue, but later they gave me, but still error when suddenly i had a stomachache and rushed to my room. But then they settled it and the card could be used."

"We arrived at 2am at Kunming Changshui Airport and driver had already sent me a WeChat msg asking to let him know after we collected our baggage. For travelers visiting Kunming for the first time, it’s best to let hotel know in advance that you need airport pickup one day in advance. We did that and it was seamless for us. The check-in was fast and the room was clean and quiet. It is common that guests could smoke in the rooms and this is something we are not quite used to. Overall, I’ll still give a big thumbs up for those considering to try out this hotel!"

"Loved my room…loved how clean everything was…and the cleaning lady was so friendly…all the staff were really great except that very little English was spoken. I wished I could have stayed longer! Plus it’s close to all the markets where I could get all kinds of foods.  I highly recommend it! "

"The Zhongwei Green Lake Hotel is in a great location and is very well managed with regard to all aspects experienced. On arrival we could feel that there is some history attached to the building and I asked the staff if they had any relevant information to study. We were introduced to Jacky Zhang Can ”Chief Butler” who had worked in the hotel for 30 years. Jacky spent over 1 hour explaining the history and beautiful wood carvings, paintings and other items; he even took time to show us the small history museum which is a work in progress. During our stay we enjoyed afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast. The hotel staff also realised it was Jingwen's birthday and two young ladies called Dani and Yuki attended our room with a birthday cake and flowers. Overall an excellent experience. Finally I will say this; at dinner I mentioned to Jingwen that you know it is a very good hotel especially when you have nothing to moan about."

"The swimming pool is a great fun.. Perfect place for a short holiday. What impressed me the most is the cleaning lady. I hang my daughter’s swimming clothes at the balcony and couldn’t find it. I called to check if it fell to the room downstairs. The cleaning lady came to help.. when she finished work.. she dropped by to check:. And when she realized that I still couldn’t find it. She immediately asked for my daughter’s size and ordered for me.. when she delivered... I gave her money.. but she left it on the table. I didn’t see her again. she was so kind."
