Breakfast is good. 5min Walking distance to the airport express bus stop (Ana Crowne Plaza Hotel) and 5 min walk to the Odori Train Station. "We booked the family room. Room is big, clean and quiet. Even our room is nearby elevator, and the hotel is by the road side, we didn’t hear any noise/sound. Comfy bed. Walking distance to susukino area. They only have 13 parking slots for guests, website written first come first serve, free for guests. However there was one night we saw one free slot but one japanese lady stand there waiting her daughter for about 30 minutes and said they paid for the parking, we can’t park. We stop there as there was no space at the nearest parking. We checked with front desk, the staff on duty (a lady, can’t speak English) communicated with them in Japanese and then told us we can’t park there. We had to get a paid parking nearby and tried to communicate with the front desk again. She said hotel manager will reply us in email about this case. The manager emailed the next morning informed they will put a cone whenever there is a free slot the next day, they will reserve a slot for us. The next day morning as there were many slots so we just park our car there. But we didn’t see any reserved parking with cone.
The hotel and room is good. Just need to improve the front desk service. We stayed 4d3n."

"Everything about this hotel is up to my expectations except the male receptionist in the front desk during my check in really make my mood foul, that male receptionist is quite arrogant and unfriendly, it really tarnish the image of this hotel, since almost everything about this hotel is perfect but end up tarnish by an arrogant male receptionist in the frontdesk."

"room was decently sized even for a double room! it wasnt too tight - sufficient space to open a large suitcase and walk around it. room came with an air purifier and you can adjust the room's temperature (heater, ventilation, purification, fan mode, etc.). hotel came with basic amenities (toothbrush, towels, soap, hair dryer, bottled water x2 a day). room was clean and had an onsen downstairs at B1 with a lounge area (with free coffee and tea) + dryers and washers available at 500Yen per wash. loved the space. additional hours for late checkout was 1000yen per hour max till 12pm, not an issue for us. they allowed us to store our luggages at the hotel lobby after check out!"

"This hotel was amazing!! The stay gave us a wholesome Japanese cultural experiences. Location is at the city, which so convenient to walk around. "We had a wonderful stay at Protom International Hokkaido, and it became one of the most memorable parts of our trip.
The hotel kindly surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to the Junior Twin Suite, and the room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were so happy when we entered the room — it felt bright, modern, and very relaxing, especially after a long day of travel.
What touched us the most was the kindness of the hotel staff. Everyone was polite, warm, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed, not just as guests, but like friends.
We are very grateful for the upgrade and the wonderful service. This stay made our Hokkaido trip even more special. We will definitely choose Protom International Hokkaido again next time.

"Visit Hokkaido with parents last week, I reserved the cross floor double bed room because of the separate toilet and bathroom . However , the room they offer is totally different with the photo . My parents really upset about it because that is the worst toilet they had never been in Japan .
We will not reserve this hotel if we know that the toilet is not separate and not offer electronic toilet board. The room is clean , however , that is not our ideal type . Staff is kind however only one room can change. Location is fine, few restaurants nearby .
My parents had bad experience with the hotel
And they really don’t like the traditional toilet
We don’t mind to pay more to enjoy better facilities

"The hotel responded to my email the morning of our flight up to New Chitose from Tokyo saying they could store our luggage prior to check-in which was fast and reassuring. The room itself was quite spacious for 4 men and the bathroom was huge and well done. The location is definitely above average, 10 minute walk to the nearest Nambuku Line Station and under 15 to Susukino. Two convenience stores are right out front if you need anything quickly. We got a decent price through trip.com for around $50 per night per person, which I’d say was definitely worth it. Then on our last day we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for the duration of our day trip to Otaru after check-out. Would say I wish I stayed here instead of selecting a different hotel for the second half of our Hokkaido trip."

KKenny_On The GoThe JR Tower Hotel Nikko is a solid choice for anyone looking for convenience in Sapporo. Its location right on top of the JR station makes getting around incredibly straightforward, especially if you have luggage. Since it’s connected to the shopping malls and the city's massive underground walkway, it’s easy to duck back to the room to drop off shopping bags or take a break without going out of your way.
The view from the high-floor rooms is probably the standout feature. Facing the mountain range, the scenery is impressive in the morning and equally good at night when the city lights are up. Inside, the room felt well-designed, particularly the bathroom. It’s quite large by Japanese standards, and the bathtub is actually big enough to relax in. They provide bath salts and powders, which is a nice touch, as is the Dyson hairdryer—it's a significant upgrade over the standard wall-mounted versions you usually find in hotels. Overall, it was a practical, pleasant stay where the location and the views really justified the choice.

The hotel does provide a shuttle bus from Sapporo city, which typically takes about an hour, but you also need to book that at least a month in advance, according to various bloggers. It was quite disappointing not to enjoy the private bath experience and to have to arrange our own transportation from/back to the city. The frustrating part is that you wouldn’t know the advance booking requirement when you make a reservation through Trip.com or similar platforms. Here’s a rephrased version of your statement:

The location offers a safe and convenient environment with eateries, cafes, convenient stores, pharmacies and souvenir shops just a stone’s throw away. The hotel side door connects directly to Block 5 of Tanukikoji Shopping Street. It’s also near enough (within 1.5km) to walk to the Nijo fish market, Odori Park and Sapporo JR station.

The staff were absolutely the best — friendly, professional, and always helpful. The hotel itself is great, very comfortable, and well maintained.
Parking was also absolutely wonderful, very convenient and stress-free, which made our stay even better.
Even the breakfast restaurant was on the 31st floor with a beautiful sky view, which made the whole experience even more special.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapporo. Would definitely stay here again!Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Emisia Sapporo.

There was a slight unpleasant smell however coming from the toilet. Breakfast was okay the buffet is the best out of the 3 options. Location is pretty good not too far from the train station but walkable to the main downtown (~1km plus) pictures is from the Japanese breakfast

朝のブッフェも美味しかった。ウォータースライダー2本やってないから週末のウォータースライダー毎日今月だけらしい。なくても21:00までプールで遊べてその後温泉でゆったりでした。

MMisafir KullanıcıIt might have not been clearly mentioned but there is no air-conditioning provided, only central heating. During my time there, weather was cold out so the room only had 3 levels, low heat, medium heat and high heat. There is no way to sleep in those conditions and it took me a while to realize because the receptionist on the help desk phone did not speak English, so I went down to the lobby past midnight to ask the only staff available. Through some help on google translate and his hand gestures, I was told that I had to leave my windows open to let cold air into the room. This was not explained at any point during the check-in so I guess that's the downside for foreigners wanting to stay here. There's also a hot spring tax you have to pay when you check out. All things considered Jozankei is not a big town so everything is accessible and the hotel is generally comfortable otherwise.
