"The location is within easy walking distance of major attractions, subway lines, and great restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable,fantastic night's sleep every single night. Best of all, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Nicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too"

"We stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo as a family traveling with a baby. The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for getting around Sapporo, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby. This made our stay much easier and more enjoyable, especially when traveling with a baby. When we first entered our room, we unfortunately faced a few issues. The phone was not working, and part of a wall fixture was coming off, which raised safety concerns for us as parents. It was disappointing to receive a room in this condition, especially when traveling with a baby where safety is a priority. However, we would like to highlight the very professional reaction of the hotel staff. Once we reported the problem, they responded quickly and seriously. They upgraded us to their biggest room and fixed the issue, making sure we felt comfortable and reassured. Their attitude and willingness to solve the problem made a big difference and turned a negative first impression into a positive experience. Another strong point of the hotel is the restaurant inside the hotel, which was excellent. The food quality was very good, and the convenience of having such a good restaurant on-site was invaluable for us as a family. We ended up eating there almost every night. Overall, while we were initially disappointed with the condition of the first room, we were very satisfied with how the staff handled the situation, the great location, and the quality of the restaurant. Thanks to their responsiveness and professionalism, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future."

"Bu sefer, eşyalarımı koymak için daha fazla alan sağlayan superior kabini tercih ederek sadece erkeklere özel bir kapsül otelde kaldım. Yatak oldukça rahattı, ancak yastıklar benim zevkime göre biraz fazla alçaktı. Duşlar 8. katta ve genellikle saat 22:00'den sonra oldukça kalabalık oluyor. Belki de kar mevsimi olduğundan, çok fazla turist var. Genel olarak, kesinlikle burada tekrar kalırım; oldukça güzeldi."

"Everything about this hotel is up to my expectations except the male receptionist in the front desk during my check in really make my mood foul, that male receptionist is quite arrogant and unfriendly, it really tarnish the image of this hotel, since almost everything about this hotel is perfect but end up tarnish by an arrogant male receptionist in the frontdesk."

"We booked two rooms for a family of four. First, the location is strategic, they have a back door leading straight to Tanukikoji shopping street. Second, the service is attentive. They offer heating pads upon arrival to the hotel during the midnight 1am. Third, the rooms are clean and well organised, the layout makes sense and the toilets are the best. Will return! 5/5."

"Amazing hotel. Close to the TV tower and the park. The train station is also not far away. It's convenient for when you have to walk with your luggage in the snow. Relaxing hot bath. Lavish breakfast with a lot of options. Outstanding service. The only complaint is that the laundry service was closed for the holidays and there is no self service laundry in the hotel. The closest one was 20 minutes away."

"This was my second stay at this onsen hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were generally courteous and helpful, although the receptionist could have been more welcoming, as he did not greet guests with a smile. The facilities were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the night lounge area, where guests could relax with mulled wine, coffee, and fresh grilled apples while enjoying a foot spa. The hotel was clean throughout, and the meals served were fresh and of good quality."
