Kraliyet Bahçesi ve Londralı aynı bina kompleksindedir ve buradaki gümrüksüz satış mağazaları Paris'tekilerden daha küçüktür. Su barındaki içeceklerin tümü ücretsizdir ve üç çekmeceli atıştırmalıklar vardır, dim sum'a hoş geldiniz, ücretsiz yenileme. Hizmet: Royal Garden hizmeti çok naziktir. Uşak ücretsiz karşılama için sizinle önceden iletişime geçecektir. Temizlikçi Xu ve kapıcı bizi Londra'dan almaya geldiler, bagajımızı doğruladılar ve onu doğrudan Kraliyet Bahçesi'ne götürmemize yardım ettiler. Doğrudan misafir odasına gittik ve uşak check-in yapmamıza yardımcı olmak için misafir odasına geldi, bu da çok uygun oldu. Londoner's Huating'deki su yengeç çorbası bizim için biraz tuzlu. Bu, aynı zamanda meyve dim sum'u da veren doğru kalma hakkıdır, uşak, çocukların yemeyi sevdiğini görür ve bitmiş ikmali hemen bitirir. Bütün aile içki içmediğinden akşamki kokteyl partisi gitmedi. Kaldığımız Knight Suite'in gecelik ücreti 3W'tı. Kahvaltı, ikindi çayı ve kokteyller dahildir. Ayrıca ulaşım servisi de bulunmaktadır. Yazılım ve donanım her açıdan oldukça tatmin edici. İlk defa yaşlıların memnuniyetsizliklerini dile getirdiklerini duymadım. Bu sefer Makao'da kaldığım birkaç otelden kendi kapsamlı duygu sıralamam Londoner's Royal Garden - Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa."

"It was wonderful experience to stay in Ritz Carlton Macau. Living at the Ritz is absolutely guaranteed, whether it's the service, attitude, food, cleanliness, and so on, while other hotels were so crowded packed with tours. The pool at Ritz is quiet and clean, and guests can also access wave pool and lazy river at Galaxy hotel, which is wonderful for families and kids. The only thing I wanna say is the location. Ritz is the furthest away from the Galaxy hotel bus shuttle stop and the huge mall at Venetian Hotel, while both are walking distance though."

"Stayed one night with mom on her birthday and it’s definitely a 5-star experience (5/5) at the Londoner. The guest relations team contacted me 2 days prior and message me on WhatsApp to share all the details I need and whenever I need help during my stay I also message them and they are super responsive and helpful. The room is beautifully designed with a fully stocked mini bar and all kind of amenities you need. One of the highlight is definitely the in-room foot massager - I spent an hour there to relax my feet after the long walk on the first day and please don’t forget to try on the bathrobe, it’s the best one I have ever tried! I most wanna take it home LOL! All in all, mom and I had a wonderful stay there with great F&B offerings and extraordinary services."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking. When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance. In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes. Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)"

"Banyan Tree was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's amenities, including the spa, exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend the Banyan Tree enough - it's the perfect choice for a relaxing and indulgent getaway."

"Makao'ya varıp araçtan indikten sonra yol boyunca yaklaşık 10 dakika yürüyün. Otoparkta bir otel arabası bulunmaktadır. Otele ulaşım yaklaşık 15 dakika sürmektedir. Pazar günü iki gün ve bir gece sürmektedir. küçük bir insan akışı var. Giriş için sıraya girmenize gerek yok. 10 dakikadan fazla bir sürede odaya ulaşabilirsiniz. Odayı seçmek için kullandığım oda tipi ”Luxury Royal”dir. Suite”🤩Oda ve banyo alanı oldukça geniştir ancak el duş başlığının su gücü yetersiz ve iyileştirilmesi gerekiyor. Yukarıdaki yağmur duşunda sorun yok, küvet boyutu iki kişiyi barındırabilir. Banyo yaparken Otelin kahvaltı büfesinin çok iyi olduğunu, çok çeşitli yemek seçeneklerinin olduğunu ve denemeye değer olduğunu belirtmeliyim😋"

"We have an amazing & wonderful stay at Studio City Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It really set the tone for the entire stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the attention to detail—from the fresh linens to the well-stocked bathroom—was impressive. What stood out the most was the level of care and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always ready with a smile and thoughtful recommendations. Overall, this hotel delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Hizmet ***et özenli ve dikkatliydi, hemen çocuklara özel diş fırçası getirildi. Su dünyası çok eğlenceliydi ve çocuklar çok eğlendiler. Otellerde uyumak genelde zordur ama Parisliler rahat ve derin uykudalar. Havaalanına ve iskeleye çok yakın ve sizi almaya gelen ** arabalar var, bu da çok kullanışlı. Eğlence ve alışveriş için istediğiniz yere gitmek de oldukça rahat. Otelin 5. katında alt katta çok lezzetli yemekler var, yemek yemek çok rahat. Bir dahaki sefere fırsatım olursa tekrar geleceğim."

"An excellent choice for families with elderly or children. Our group of four stayed in the Lakeview family room with bunk beds which had a beautiful view of the lake area and at the side the Grand Lisboa. The suite was very spacious and the bunk beds were almost the size of a standard double. Nothing to fault with the amenities and cleanliness. The hotel breakfast was international/ continental breakfast and of what you would expect for a good hotel. We used the taxi mostly but the bus terminals are steps away from the entrance and the hotel is easily walkable to the ruins of Saint Paul area. The shopping mall was quiet, there arent many shops and Lafayette galleries has closed down,, but the supermarket is very well stocked and had everything you might need for a longer stay. A special mention to Miguel, and Nelson, who offered us warm service and hospitality at check in and upon checkout. We had a great stay and would recommend!"

"My stay began wonderfully with a free upgrade to a suite room and a lovely interaction with the receptionist. She was very amiable, and gave me a hotel map and guide book for Macau. Although I only stayed at the Londoner Grand for a night, I came back regularly to dine at the restaurants - especially Three Bottles in The Conservatory. Everything I ate while at the Londoner, including the complimentary fruit and sweets they brought to my room, was phenomenal and well-prepared. The room itself was so cozy, spacious, and clean. It was equipped with lots of amenities and electronics and had a lovely view of Cotai Strip and the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian. And I especially enjoyed the room's massage chair after a long first day of walking and exploring! The convenience of the location and the beauty of the hotel interior and architecture of the exterior speak for themselves. So much more can be said about the service, amenities, and overall experience that the Londoner provides, but I'll have to save that for my next review when I can hopefully visit again!"
