"From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. "My stay at the newly opened City of Dream Morpheus Macau was impressive in many ways. The hotel’s futuristic design is striking, with a grand lobby that feels like a glimpse into the future. The spacious rooms are a standout, featuring an advanced tech system that lets you control lighting, climate, and window shades effortlessly—truly elevating the guest experience. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who personally escorted us to our room, making us feel welcomed and valued. Their professionalism and warmth were top-notch. However, I was disappointed to find that the gym room wasn’t open 24 hours. For a hotel with such cutting-edge amenities, this felt like a surprising oversight, especially for guests with varied schedules. Overall, City of Dream Morpheus Macau offers a blend of innovative design, high-tech comfort, and excellent hospitality, but the limited gym hours were a letdown. Still a great choice for a modern, memorable stay, though I hope they extend gym access in the future."

"It was wonderful experience to stay in Ritz Carlton Macau. Living at the Ritz is absolutely guaranteed, whether it's the service, attitude, food, cleanliness, and so on, while other hotels were so crowded packed with tours. The pool at Ritz is quiet and clean, and guests can also access wave pool and lazy river at Galaxy hotel, which is wonderful for families and kids. The only thing I wanna say is the location. Ritz is the furthest away from the Galaxy hotel bus shuttle stop and the huge mall at Venetian Hotel, while both are walking distance though."

"Having a great stay at the Macau Banyan Tree hotel. The room service was looking so fantastic, with suite provided the amenities of in-room offspring/bathtub which is a key highlight for this hotel. Also, the price was reasonable. The staff was very nice and serve our needs with caring heart. I definitely will come to stay again next time."

"Hizmet ***et özenli ve dikkatliydi, hemen çocuklara özel diş fırçası getirildi. Su dünyası çok eğlenceliydi ve çocuklar çok eğlendiler. Otellerde uyumak genelde zordur ama Parisliler rahat ve derin uykudalar. Havaalanına ve iskeleye çok yakın ve sizi almaya gelen ** arabalar var, bu da çok kullanışlı. Eğlence ve alışveriş için istediğiniz yere gitmek de oldukça rahat. Otelin 5. katında alt katta çok lezzetli yemekler var, yemek yemek çok rahat. Bir dahaki sefere fırsatım olursa tekrar geleceğim."

"Spent my birthday at the Studio City Star Executive Suite and it was one of the best hotel experiences! The hotel would contact you ahead of time for any special request, and they made a birthday setup in the room with lots of complimentary items (snacks,fruits,drinks,red wine, gifts, cable car rides). The room itself was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful view and spacious layout. Had some guests over and we had a great time! Thank you Studio City team for making my birthday memorable!"

"We recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Londoner Grand Hotel and we had an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. A huge thank you to Manager Mariana for arranging a room upgrade, which made our 4-night stay even more special. The ensuite facilities were absolutely stunning! We also enjoyed dining at several of the hotel's excellent restaurants. The breakfast buffet at The Hampton Court was delicious, and we loved the [order to cook special menu]. Those dishes were amazing!!!Lord Stow's Bakery & Cafe was another highlight, with a fantastic breakfast spread. For lunch, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill was a great choice, with top-notch British food and personal service. We also appreciated the variety of Chinese cuisine available at Chelsea Garden, which we enjoyed for several meals. The Londoner Grand's hospitality and attention to detail truly made our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend the Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Macau."
