"The room was really spacious and good for a family. The view was good, the rooms are clean. The location is really good and very easy to get taxis and transportation. The only downside is it only has 1 bathroom but everything else has been exceptional."

"The check in was quick and we got into the room soon after we'd arrived. We ordered some food that was delivered to our room. The choice was slim at that time since it was already past 9 pm. The pasta was okay, but fish and chips we didn't enjoy so much. Breakfast was fine. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. The location is a bit far away from the city center, but every 15 or so minutes, the hotel staff could help you call a taxi. It was a pleasant stay. Thank you."

What we loved most is the location—it’s literally just across the airport, which nimade arrival and departure super easy, especially after a long travel day. We took the free shuttle buses to Cotai from the airport which made getting around much more convenient and stress-free. "An absolute gem in Coloane! Pousada De Coloane Hotel offered the perfect escape. Its location is unbeatable, right on the serene beach with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Getting around was very convenient with a bus stop nearby. A bus to the lively Senado Square took about 30 minutes, and it was just a quick 10-minute ride to the Venetian Hotel. The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and truly dedicated to making our stay perfect. This hotel is ideal for families looking for a safe, spacious environment, or for anyone who prefers a quiet atmosphere and enjoys a peaceful, historical vibe. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Macao."

"The walls are thin. You can hear the snore of the guests behind the walls and in the corridor. On the third day of my stay, a family with kids checked in to the connecting next door. The kids kept turning and turning and turning the connecting door knob violently for a few minutes and the parents didn’t stop them. Terrible service of the waitress at the restaurant. Poor communication skill and offensive manner. When I asked for the bill and placed my credit card on my dining table — and I didn’t say anything else — her first response was “No discount!” I didn’t ask for any discount. She asked me “Are you our hotel guest?” I showed her my check out luggage storage tag and said “I am. But I just checked out.” She responded grumpily, “No discount gah! You don’t have the room card!” I wouldn’t book with this resort anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to people who are looking for a quiet stay."

"The room facilities are not the most advanced, but the daily maintenance is quite good. The central air conditioning in my room was a bit noisy, so I had to lower the fan speed. Fortunately, Macau wasn’t cold during my stay. The buffet breakfast was a slight letdown, with limited variety and average taste—nothing particularly impressive. However, if I visit other cities in the future, I will definitely consider Mandarin Oriental as one of my top choices for accommodation. Their service during this stay truly stood out to me. Through daily housekeeping and turndown service, they attentively interpreted the needs of different guests and provided thoughtful assistance. This kind of attention is especially valuable for more introverted guests like me, who may hesitate to ask for help. During this stay, I forgot to bring an eye mask and slept poorly on the first night. On the second night, I folded a disposable face mask I had with me and wore it over my eyes, leaving it on the bedside table the next day. On the third night, when I returned to the room, I found that an eye mask, relaxing essential oils for sleep, and herbal tea had been prepared for me. I felt truly understood. Sometimes, the difference between ordinary and exceptional is just one step—yet it's a step that many brands struggle to take."
