"The location is fantastic, right next to a bus stop and a 7-Eleven. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and speak English well (If I remember right; name Zika and Yoyo). Plus, the 24-hour luggage storage and the convenience of borrowing a Macau Pass made travel so easy. (no deposit! save 30 MOP/card, but you can't get small leftover amounts back) The earliest check-in is 1:00 PM. The ground floor has a lovely café where you can relax. My room was clean, well-designed, and fully equipped with a fridge, hairdryer, and coffee. Don't forget to check out the rooftop deck for great views! With useful facilities like a microwave and a gym, Hotel S is convenient, clean, and truly a great value. Highly recommended!"

My room was cleaned every day. I stayed at Room 1308. I had a wonderful view of the sea and the airport. :-) And on my last day, I left my luggage with the hotel staff for 6 hours after checking out; no need to pay 80 MOP to secure your luggage at the airport. You have many good choices for transportation. You have LRT (already connected to the hotel), casino buses (they are free, from what I heard), taxis, etc."

"Spent my birthday at the Studio City Star Executive Suite and it was one of the best hotel experiences! The hotel would contact you ahead of time for any special request, and they made a birthday setup in the room with lots of complimentary items (snacks,fruits,drinks,red wine, gifts, cable car rides). The room itself was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful view and spacious layout. Had some guests over and we had a great time! Thank you Studio City team for making my birthday memorable!"

"Why this hotel did not receive 5 rating I stayed at the IFU hotel without much expectation, as I saw that the hotel's rating was not very high. However, I found that this hotel was really great, whether it's the location, the room, the staff, or the service. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was small but looked nice. The only downside of the bathroom was that the curtain separating the wet zone and the dry zone was too short, so it couldn’t prevent the water from splashing, making the whole bathroom wet. What impressed me the most was the staff, who were very friendly and gave great recommendations. My mother forgot her ring in the room, and the staff notified us right away. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Macau next time. P.s. In this picture are the staff, me, and my mother."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. From the outside, it looks quite old and dated, but once you step inside, the interior is surprisingly modern. That said, some parts still show the hotel's age — like the bathroom fixtures, water taps, and some of the furniture, which could definitely use an upgrade. Walking through the corridors, I sometimes got a slightly spooky vibe, probably because of the older sections of the building. However, the service made up for it. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, and I appreciated how friendly the security personnel were — it made the place feel more welcoming. One big plus is the location: there’s a bus stop just outside, so getting around was really convenient. The only downside for me was the price. I found it a bit on the expensive side, especially considering some of the outdated aspects of the property. Overall, not a bad stay — great service and location, but the building could use some refurbishing to fully match the price."

"The hotel is reasonably priced for a weekday and has a nice pool. The location is not so convenient however, as it is somewhat far from most of the tourist attractions in Taipa. You would either need to take a cab, a shuttle, or a bus, but the shuttle does not come very frequently. So I ended up spending my time staying around the hotel. Fortunately, they do have a pretty decent Chinese restaurant. The outdoor pool is a nice touch given that not all hotels in Macao have decent outdoor pools. There is also a nice view of Hengqin from the room and also from the pool deck. Overall I think for the price it is a good option for those who are not solely in Macao to gamble. It is too bad that the hotel is near an abandoned race course however, it would be great if the government were to revive this area as it is a waste of space."

A huge thank you to Manager Mariana for arranging a room upgrade, which made our 4-night stay even more special. The ensuite facilities were absolutely stunning! We also enjoyed dining at several of the hotel's excellent restaurants. The breakfast buffet at The Hampton Court was delicious, and we loved the [order to cook special menu]. Those dishes were amazing!!!Lord Stow's Bakery & Cafe was another highlight, with a fantastic breakfast spread. For lunch, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill was a great choice, with top-notch British food and personal service. We also appreciated the variety of Chinese cuisine available at Chelsea Garden, which we enjoyed for several meals. The Londoner Grand's hospitality and attention to detail truly made our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend the Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Macau.

The hotel decorated the room and offered a yummy birthday cake and stuffed bears wearing kimono. The kids were so happy. They also accommodated our request to arrange a room close to elevator (literately next to it) to my father-in-law who has reduced mobility. Thomas was supper helpful and nice. There is no in-dining breakfast as the restaurant is under renovation. Would like to come back when it is re-opened.

LLuxy88It was a disappointing experience at W Macau. I booked the Spectacular Room for 2 nights which should be 51sqm-59sqm in size. However, the first room they gave me was a small Wonderful room around 37 sqm I knew instantly they gave me the wrong room so I called the front desk to have it changed to the Spectacular room. The second room they gave me was slightly bigger with a view of Cotai strip. It still felt a bit smaller than their official size of 51sqm-59sqm but I trusted the staff would assign the correct room so I didn’t ask again. During the stay the room felt really crammed because every time I walk to the bed I would hit the furniture as there is a large table and lounge chair placed next to the bed. I couldn’t shake the feeling that the room was smaller than advertised. At checkout I thought I would ask the staff the type of room I had in which he confirmed that it was the Wonderful room. I was really shocked and felt deceived since I already asked for the Spectacular room and they still gave me the wrong room again! Also the pillow had this strange smell that didn’t go away even after they changed the sheets and pillow case. The tap water had this weird sewerage smell and taste from the pipes and was there the whole time. The bath robes had this sweaty smell like it’s not been washed or changed for a long time. It was really disappointing given it’s a 5 star hotel. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels in Macau and never had these issues. W hotel please improve the cleanliness of your rooms like pillows and bath robes. I don’t appreciate being deceived about the rooms. If you don’t have the bigger Spectacular room just tell me don’t need to hide it. I didn’t end up sleeping well because the whole time I was wondering why the room was so small compared to what I booked. The manager Hilda did offer me an upgrade for my next stay at the hotel but I saw other customer reviews and they always give upgrades for free. CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!
