Keya and Jim at the front desk were exceptional. We had a new born baby travelling with us and Keya was extremely well mannered by coordinating bell service and walked with us in to our beautifully baby-prepped room and showed us key amenities to enhance our stay -eg baby bottle warmer, kids towel, slippers, kids dental kit, shampoo/shower gel etc. The shopping arcade in the Galaxy Promenade was absolutely stunning, so clean and grand. Food selection was great and there is a huge Apple Store inside. Galaxy hotel also has a top tier hotel-guest only kids play area which is one of the best in the area. As a bonus, Galaxy hotel is located not too far from traditional old city streets with lots of top street food and historical building to take pictures （Rue de Cunha and surrounding areas). This is a great place to stay for all families. Our family felt so well taken care of and we will be back next time.

I’m a local staying here for post-surgery recovery, extended my stay two times. Reception is decent and helpful. The Japanese restaurant on ground floor is really good and so is the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. I’d say give it a try if you’re staying there, the price is average, totally not overpriced for being inside a hotel. The room soundproof is terrible, you’re out of luck if other guests staying in rooms surrounding you talk super loud or have loud kids. You can also clearly hear conversations outside the hallway. You can also hear the water pipe noises whenever people staying upstairs/downstairs shower. Not the most serene environment. Amenities are alright, the provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are a bit small so you’d constantly have to ask for refills for longer stays. The bath tub is bigger than usual ones so that’s a good thing but not a fan of the type of shower head they chose, and the tube is a bit short too but there’s an overhead if needed. I wouldn’t say the location is convenient for tourists as there is nothing surrounding the hotel but they do provide scheduled shuttle buses to get round town and to some hotspots. The walk to the nearest light rail station is around 12-18min (depending on your pace) on foot.

The triple room is not very big, but just OK for 3 super single beds. Location is 6mins to reach grand Lisboa can take the shuttle bus to taipa area for night view. All the casinos were nice for Pic taking. Nearby casino hotel.

Location is not in Taipa district, with no shuttle connecting to hotel after 2210 after Water Dance show ends. The hotel is under renovation and access to other block may be blocked and require extra walking. The decoration in this hotel is a bit plain, the wooden furnitures looks a bit old. Nice mattress, pillow, slippers, Water, Free soft drinks, Tea bagd are provided. The room is almost sparkling clean. The mosaic interior of the bathroom is very lovely and impressive.

This was a perfect stay. Clean, comfortable, hot water for shower, kettle in room, refrigerator, and a great staff. They upgraded us and let us check in early. Our room was so great! A desk, couch, and cozy lighting. Walkable to everything and easy to find. You can take the free shuttles at the big casinos nearby to access the border, ferry terminal, and airport. Such a great stay. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel's location was good. Many restaurants and a fastfood (Mcdonalds) and a convenient store (7-11) around 3 mins away of the hotel. We were surprised about the room size (non smoking room, spacious) and the cleanliness was well taken care by the staff. The Check-In and Check-out was also smooth and the front desk staff were polite and responsive to all our inquiries. Even the staff security who was stationed on the elevators was very courteous and all smiles. I would definitely book again this hotel on my next trip to Macau 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location is idealistic. Not too far from the city and the place is very convenient alot of nearby restaurants and supermarkets that open 24 hours. If you like to experience old city of Macau you should try this hotel. I recommend this place

Kokudan bütün gece uyuyamadım Oteldeki kahvaltıyı da tarif etmek zordur 😂 Korunmuş yumurta ve yağsız et lapası, tuz eklemeyi unutmuşçasına yumuşaktır ve pürüzsüz yumurtalı dana lapası sadece 3 küçük parça sığır eti artı bir kase yulaf lapasından oluşur. su kadar incedir! Bir kase domuz pirzolası eriştesi, içindeki erişteler hala topaklı. Hamuru parçalamak için sıcaktan faydalanmanız gerekiyor. Bir süre sonra çorba soğuyor ve erişteler sertleşerek 3 kase yemek imkansız hale geliyor. 112 Avustralya dolarına mal oldu. Son olarak ** ağacının ücretsiz izlenme süresinin bir resmini yayınladım. Eğer Makao'ya gelirseniz gidip görmeyi unutmayın. Çok şaşırtıcı ve muhteşem! ! !
