"Overall, the stay was good, but the downfall was having to pay to use sauna. In the description, it says indoor pool, sauna, spa. Hence I picked this hotel. The indoor pool was free but it was too stuffy and hot, even the staff agreed and they said it was cos of heated pool. But they never fink of opening windows or air conditioning or even fan. When I asked where the sauna is, usually it's in changing room but they say it's in spa and we had to pay $180 per person for each session. This is the first time I had to pay. I know spa you have to pay cos require beautician and staff for service but sauna...😱😱 if I had known you have to pay, I would not consider this hotel. I have never heard I have to pay to use sauna in all my stays in hotel and I have stayed in plenty of hotels since I am a platinum member in Trip.com
Apart from not being able to use sauna overall I was happy with the stay. The location is OK, you can kinda walk to other resorts nearby, quicker than using shuttle bus, but still takes at least 10 30 min pending which one you wanna walk to."
