"Firstly, we got upgraded to a suite, which was really sweet. Secondly , they used loads of marble, which was incredible. The size of the suite was about 1000 +\- 100 square feet, which was spacious enough. There was an abundance of free water, and the linen and duvet was very comfy , the jet stream bathtub was a bonus and the staff were immaculate. However, since it was in the middle of the city, there weren’t much view. Being on the top floor, the water pressure was decent for the shower but took eons to fill the tub. The mattress was able to provide adequate support for now, but much alike my old girlfriends, with time has lost some of its firmness. The aircon in the bedroom also created ghost sounds which would has been a nice touch in Halloween. As far as I know though, when the hotel was build the aircon was installed by one of the most respectable aircon company in Hong Kong, guess that everything ages. The chair with the foot rest wasn’t ergonomic and the coffee machine, much alike my firm young beautiful friend, who is also a gambler, just doesn’t know when to stop. I tried a session of hot stone therapy at the Thai Spa on the 20th floor, around 900 mop for 90 min, my therapist was 601, and it was better than most spas I have had in Bangkok. What’s interesting though was how they mixed up the gender sign on the male toilet, guess that when it comes to gender issues the Thai ain’t too keen about it. The Chinese restaurant was prompt in making their dishes , and the char siu was tasty, though not nearly the best that I have tasted but was good for its price in terms of quality and quantity. The fried vegetable was up to standard, but the crab meat stew was rank. All in all, I was grateful that they upgraded us, the staff were wonderful people, and the hotel was good for its price and convenience of location. - [ ]"

"Room is spacious and clean Location is okay its near grand lisboa within 5-15 mins walk and maybe 20mins walk in senado square. Front desk is friendly and accomodating. However staff in pool area doesnt speak much in english and we encounter unpleasant service in swimming pool area,staff prioritize what they called “ the Regular chinese old woman” that always goes there and she acted like she own the swimming pool and staff there gather in a corner talking pointing and looking at us and we know theyre talking about us and as we make ourselves enter in the swimming pool.like we have a common sense and know what we are doing and we are just on the side of the pool and they keep on like bothering us that we should be just on the other side when we are just on the corner minding our own business coz that old woman feel entittled and thinks that she owns the place! It make us feel bothered instead of being relaxed swimming we felt unwelcomed. We ended up getting pissed and left and we go to the shower room and we just touch a towel and one old woman again get angry out of nowhere and says not to touch the towels and she asked if we are from philippines and said we must needed to be assisted and not to touch things.We just entered the shower room for like 10 seconds and ended up having this heated argument with the rude lady and the staffs just keeps on yapping to each other with their language instead of settling the misunderstanding between us and the old lady . not leaving us like we didnt exists.before we enter one kind staff said we can take towels in that shelves and later on the staff explains that those old chinese rude womans are regular there and we just need to let their rudness slide not sure if the hotel tolerate this kind of guests behavior. We got offended as first timers to checked-in to your hotel and your so called “regular”makes your guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and ruined our experience instead of having a good one. They obviously can be defined as “Racist”."

"Excellent sea view room. Service is very good. Quick response to requests and the housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. It’s also good to have the fruit plate and free drinks for customers to enjoy. The gym room is also good with sea view."

"Resepsiyonda benim için odayı ayarlayan Sasmine, Senjy ve Liszt, uygun oda tipi olmayınca beni bir oda tipine yükselttiler ve başlangıçtaki mutsuz ruh halim düzeldi. Check-in masasındaki vale de harikaydı! Bir fotoğrafçı olarak otelin fotoğraflarını çekmek için kendi becerilerimi kullandım. Otelin ödünç alınabilecek şemsiyeleri var. Eğlence fabrikası restoranındaki garsonun tavrı çok kötüydü. Her iki seferde de otelin verdiği ücretsiz kuponu kullanarak ayrılmamı istedi ve bana soğuk bir şekilde baktı. misafir odasında olmama rağmen. *****, ama durumunun da çok düşük olduğunu unutmuştu."

"Spent my birthday at the Studio City Star Executive Suite and it was one of the best hotel experiences! The hotel would contact you ahead of time for any special request, and they made a birthday setup in the room with lots of complimentary items (snacks,fruits,drinks,red wine, gifts, cable car rides). The room itself was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful view and spacious layout. Had some guests over and we had a great time! Thank you Studio City team for making my birthday memorable!"

"Sabah 11:30'da otele varıyoruz ve resepsiyona giderek kayıt yaptırıyoruz ve oda anahtarını alıyoruz. Odaya giriş yapamasam da dışarı çıktıktan sonra valizimi bırakıp otele geri dönebildim. Herhangi bir formaliteye gerek duymadan sadece oda numarasını istedim ve giriş yaptım. doğrudan oda. Bagajın da odaya teslim edilmesi çok düşünceli bir davranış. Odamızın duman kokusuyla dolu olması nedeniyle ücretsiz odanın süite yükseltildiğinden bahsetmiyorum bile. Burayı seviyorum! Çok ısınıyorlar! Konumu da mükemmel! Wynn ve Lisboa oteline 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve yakınlarda çok sayıda restoran, uygun mağaza ve bakkal bulunmaktadır. Kesinlikle iyi bir seçim! Oda da büyük ve rahat"

"The hotel is reasonably priced for a weekday and has a nice pool. The location is not so convenient however, as it is somewhat far from most of the tourist attractions in Taipa. You would either need to take a cab, a shuttle, or a bus, but the shuttle does not come very frequently. So I ended up spending my time staying around the hotel. Fortunately, they do have a pretty decent Chinese restaurant. The outdoor pool is a nice touch given that not all hotels in Macao have decent outdoor pools. There is also a nice view of Hengqin from the room and also from the pool deck. Overall I think for the price it is a good option for those who are not solely in Macao to gamble. It is too bad that the hotel is near an abandoned race course however, it would be great if the government were to revive this area as it is a waste of space."

"I was extremely surprised of the experience I had at the old Mandarin oriental now rebranded as Artyzen Grand Lapa. I would often times stay at Harborview due to it being a newer facility with similar amenities. However, this hotel provides a crib, which is really important for us since we have a little infant. Another huge positive is that the rooms are relatively larger than other rooms in a similar price range. Included in the hotel fee is access to their clubhouse and pool. The clubhouse has a playground for kids of all ages. Although our kid is an old enough to fully use the facilities, if she were bigger, she would definitely have enjoyed the playground. The pool surprisingly big and is for adults and kids. For those swimmers who want a deeper pool, there is a section of the pool that reaches 2.2 m. Finally, I think the food quality is quite excellent for the price. We spent two nights at this hotel and I got the burger on both days for dinner while my wife purchased the African chicken on one night and some fusion food on the other. Mind due to that they have a promotion where if you use your Hsbc or bank of China credit card, you’ll get 15% off your bill, which I thought was a huge perk. Overall, five stars throughout and we will definitely consider staying here again in the near future."
