The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us! 🍽️ Room Service & Integrity: We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action! 🎯 Management That Listens: At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. Best hotel ever and I will definitely recommend any couple or family staying here. Amazing furnished huge rooms! It was my wife’s birthday and they gave us a free cake & coupons, decorated our room to enjoy our trip. Left with great memories!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking. When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance. In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes. Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)

Stayed at Altira Macau on my birthday and had a fantastic experience. The room was well prepared, and check-in was smooth. Special thanks to the front desk and concierge team for helping receive my birthday cake and for storing a case of wine that arrived ahead of time, which made the celebration hassle-free. As always, the hotel’s service quality was excellent. The telephone operator was consistently polite and addressed me by name, and every staff member provided sincere and heartfelt service. I would gladly stay again. Overall, Altira Macau maintains a high standard of hospitality, and I highly recommend it for special occasions.

My stay began wonderfully with a free upgrade to a suite room and a lovely interaction with the receptionist. She was very amiable, and gave me a hotel map and guide book for Macau. Although I only stayed at the Londoner Grand for a night, I came back regularly to dine at the restaurants - especially Three Bottles in The Conservatory. Everything I ate while at the Londoner, including the complimentary fruit and sweets they brought to my room, was phenomenal and well-prepared. The room itself was so cozy, spacious, and clean. It was equipped with lots of amenities and electronics and had a lovely view of Cotai Strip and the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian. And I especially enjoyed the room's massage chair after a long first day of walking and exploring! The convenience of the location and the beauty of the hotel interior and architecture of the exterior speak for themselves. So much more can be said about the service, amenities, and overall experience that the Londoner provides, but I'll have to save that for my next review when I can hopefully visit again!

Amazing service from start to finish, impeccable attention to details from check in, during the stay, and check out. Gym is highly recommended with squat rack, pool is heated during the winter and sauna is also well maintained. Great location highly recommended

Convenient location: ~25 minutes from airport by taxi; quiet area with a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores, but hotel itself has three own restaurants (Western, Chinese and Thai food) with affordable prices for big plates; polite and friendly staff everywhere - special thanks to breakfast crew; own bar has good selection of classic, modern cocktails and premium liquors and whiskey; clean and neat rooms with necessary things, but my opinion: hairdryer was a little old and it took me longer to dry my short hair.

The room facilities are not the most advanced, but the daily maintenance is quite good. The central air conditioning in my room was a bit noisy, so I had to lower the fan speed. Fortunately, Macau wasn’t cold during my stay. The buffet breakfast was a slight letdown, with limited variety and average taste—nothing particularly impressive. However, if I visit other cities in the future, I will definitely consider Mandarin Oriental as one of my top choices for accommodation. Their service during this stay truly stood out to me. Through daily housekeeping and turndown service, they attentively interpreted the needs of different guests and provided thoughtful assistance. This kind of attention is especially valuable for more introverted guests like me, who may hesitate to ask for help. During this stay, I forgot to bring an eye mask and slept poorly on the first night. On the second night, I folded a disposable face mask I had with me and wore it over my eyes, leaving it on the bedside table the next day. On the third night, when I returned to the room, I found that an eye mask, relaxing essential oils for sleep, and herbal tea had been prepared for me. I felt truly understood. Sometimes, the difference between ordinary and exceptional is just one step—yet it's a step that many brands struggle to take.

We always choose only the W Hotel when coming to Macau! This time, as always, it absolutely didn't disappoint us! Such warm hospitality, truly caring for our feelings! Location is great if you’re planning to visit popular tourist spots. Cleanliness was well maintained too — the toilet was spotless. However, the check-in experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. ========== (TL;DR) Imagine you had to experience this after a 4 hours flight ========== The young female receptionist I encountered on arrival handled things very poorly. She kept insisting she couldn’t find my booking, smiling the entire time as if it were a joke. Instead of checking properly herself, she kept handing me random printed bookings, one after another, asking me if any of them were mine. It honestly felt like I was doing her job. If the names were even slightly similar to mine, I would understand. But she passed me almost every booking she had in her hands, including ones with clearly Japanese or ********* names that were nowhere close to mine. I even asked her, “So does that mean I’m supposed to sleep on the streets tonight?” Yet she still giggled, with zero sense of apology or urgency. It made me wonder if she had ever been trained in basic customer service or professional ethics. Eventually, she finally handed me the correct booking with my name. But even then, after I confirmed it was mine, she said, “I gave you this earlier and you said it wasn’t yours.” Like… excuse me? You’ve been passing me completely unrelated bookings the whole time?! I initially wanted to rate the service 1 star, but I added one more because the hotel cleaner left a good impression, the cleaner auntie was polite and attentive. ================================================================================ Facilities: The TV in my room was broken, so I’m guessing it was just for decoration. Ventilation also seemed poorly designed. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was woken up early in the morning by cigarette smoke seeping in from outside my door. Not recommended for light sleepers either, as the soundproofing is weak. I could clearly hear people talking outside, though I’m not sure if they were in the corridor or inside another room.
