"excellent location with 5-minute walk to Senado Square (city centre) and tourist attractions nearby. I can also walk along the NamVan Lake sidewalk after dinner. Bell service is excellent as the captain helped to bring my luggage all the way from the hotel to the car and ensure a perfect loading. Breakfast was good with a variety of western and Chinese options. I particularly liked the snack, soft drinks and beer in the room prepared for hotel guest. Express checkout made my life much easier. This was my second visit and the good service standard is well kept after 10 years."

"Convenient location: ~25 minutes from airport by taxi; quiet area with a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores, but hotel itself has three own restaurants (Western, Chinese and Thai food) with affordable prices for big plates; polite and friendly staff everywhere - special thanks to breakfast crew; own bar has good selection of classic, modern cocktails and premium liquors and whiskey; clean and neat rooms with necessary things, but my opinion: hairdryer was a little old and it took me longer to dry my short hair."

"My stay began wonderfully with a free upgrade to a suite room and a lovely interaction with the receptionist. She was very amiable, and gave me a hotel map and guide book for Macau. Although I only stayed at the Londoner Grand for a night, I came back regularly to dine at the restaurants - especially Three Bottles in The Conservatory. Everything I ate while at the Londoner, including the complimentary fruit and sweets they brought to my room, was phenomenal and well-prepared. The room itself was so cozy, spacious, and clean. It was equipped with lots of amenities and electronics and had a lovely view of Cotai Strip and the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian. And I especially enjoyed the room's massage chair after a long first day of walking and exploring! The convenience of the location and the beauty of the hotel interior and architecture of the exterior speak for themselves. So much more can be said about the service, amenities, and overall experience that the Londoner provides, but I'll have to save that for my next review when I can hopefully visit again!"
