Bu otel gerçekten gizli bir hazine. Vardığımız andan itibaren kendimizi çok iyi hissettik. Ritz-Carlton gibi ama daha sıcak, daha kişisel bir hizmet sunuyor. Koridorlar lüks halılarla kaplı, malzemeler ve detaylar zengin ve birinci sınıf, çocuğum hemen ”şık” diye tanımladı - ben de çok zen, huzurlu ve sessiz olduğunu eklemek isterim. Oda oldukça geniş, sessiz ve çok zen. Otel yeni, modern ve ”akıllı”: sabah yataktan kalktığınızda, yumuşak bir ayak lambası otomatik olarak yanıyor, böylece düğmelerle uğraşmanıza gerek kalmıyor. Çocuklar perdeleri kapatmak için düğmelere basmayı çok sevdiler ve ben de tek dokunuşla çalışma ışığı ile rahat ortam arasında seçim yapabilmeyi sevdim. Buradaki hizmet olağanüstü. Herkes tamamen özverili, sorumlu, sıcak ve nazik - ve çok hızlı. Hiçbir şey asla sorun değil; her şey kibarca, saygılı ve düşünceli bir şekilde ele alınıyor, bu yüzden kendinizi gerçekten güvende ve iyi bakılmış hissediyorsunuz. Konum inanılmaz derecede elverişli. Devasa alışveriş merkezleri ve bir hipermarket kelimenin tam anlamıyla kapının önünde ve MRT/metro doğrudan otele bağlı. Yakındaki alışveriş merkezleri ve restoranlar çok büyük ve isteyebileceğiniz her şeye sahip. Yaklaşık 15 dakika uzaklıkta bir outlet alışveriş merkezi var, bu yüzden alışveriş kesinlikle garanti altında. Pratik avantajlar: büyük bankalar hemen alt katta ve RMB değiştirmeniz gerekiyorsa, döviz kuru çok iyi ve ücretler makul. Konaklamanız sırasında yeni bir saç kesimi yaptırmak isterseniz bir kuaför bile var. Otelle bağlantılı alışveriş merkezinde, Michelin yıldızlı seçenekler de dahil olmak üzere her türlü yemeği bulabilirsiniz; örneğin, likörde pişirilmiş yengeç ve lezzetli haşlanmış turp sunan bir restoran. Otel lüks, modern ve akıllı özelliklerle dolu olsa da, en çok değer verdiğim şey personelin özverisi, sıcaklığı ve samimiyeti. Otelin ulaşımı rahattır. Metro Hattı 10'a çok yakındır. Yanında bir Phoenix Alışveriş Merkezi bulunmaktadır. Yakınlarda ayrıca Lawson ve 7-11 marketleri bulunmaktadır. Otelin eksiksiz tesisleri vardır. Ücretsiz çamaşır odası ve spor salonu da bulunmaktadır. Kattaki restoran ayrıca her gece saat 10'da ücretsiz gece atıştırmalıkları sunmaktadır. Ayrıca birinci katta eğlence için bir eğlence alanı da bulunmaktadır. Oda ayrıca çok güzel ve temizdir. Her gün ücretsiz içecekler verilmektedir. Oda olanaklarının kullanımı da çok uygundur.

The hotel name is a little misleading as the name outside doesn’t actually say “the yard hotel”… it says “Pierre Palace Hotel” so it can be a little confusing to find the first time you arrive. It is very close to the Entrance of Qianemen Ave Security checkpoint where your didi driver will drop you off and you will have to walk a short 100 meters to get to the hotel, which is directly across from Lawson’s Convenience store. The location is 10/10  on the bustling street of Qiananmen Ave. Do not miss your chance to go to Michelin star “Quan de Jude” Roasted duck restaurant, which is well known in Beijing and just down the street. The staff here are very helpful, especially Mr. Zeng who is able to speak Cantonese and help provide us with instructions and information. If you need to communicate in English only, a translator app will help tremendously. We love the style and decor of this hotel, it has a classic yet charming interior. We originally booked an inside room without windows, but during the check-in process, they offered a room with windows with better ventilation at no extra charge for our comfort. The only downside is that they do not have an on-site restaurant. If you booked a room with free breakfast, they will give you a breakfast voucher and you go to another hotel nearby. You can also have the option for them to deliver the meal to you at 7 or 8 AM And they will hang it on the door knob of your room without knocking to disturb you. The breakfast menu selection was not our favourite. If we return to Beijing, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The facilities were great. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable it was perfect for a family with 2 young children. The location is a bit far from the center. If you don’t mind the 20 min ride then I would definitely recommend this serviced apartment.

Located in Beijing’s Chaoyang district, the hotel combines traditional elegance with practical amenities, making it particularly suitable for official visits, business travel, and longer stays. 📍 Location & Accessibility From my experience, the hotel’s location on Xiaoyun Road in Chaoyang District is one of its key strengths. Being close to several embassies, commercial offices, and popular areas such as Sanlitun and Solana made getting around relatively convenient. While it is not in the immediate city-center tourist zone, I found transport straightforward, with taxis readily available and metro access within walking distance. This location worked especially well for business-related commitments and appointments. 🛏️ Rooms & Comfort The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a calm and private environment after a busy day. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I appreciated the well-thought-out lighting and overall room layout. Amenities such as reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a minibar added to the sense of convenience. That said, I did notice that some elements of the room décor and technology felt slightly dated. While everything functioned well, a refresh in certain areas would further elevate the overall experience. Nonetheless, the room met my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. 🍽️ Dining & Facilities The hotel offers a good range of on-site dining options, and I found the breakfast buffet to be varied and well-organized. The café and lounge areas provide comfortable spaces for informal meetings or relaxing in the evening. I also made use of the fitness and leisure facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, which were well maintained and easy to access. In addition, the hotel’s extensive meeting and event spaces clearly make it well suited for conferences, corporate functions, and formal gatherings. 🤝 Service & Staff Service throughout my stay was professional and courteous. Staff at reception and guest services were attentive and helpful, particularly during check-in and with general inquiries. While there were occasional minor communication challenges, these did not significantly impact my stay and were handled with patience and professionalism. 📊 Overall Value & Impression Overall, I felt that the Grand Concordia Hotel offers strong value, especially for business travelers or guests with embassy-related or professional engagements in Chaoyang. Its strengths lie in its location, room size, cleanliness, and comprehensive facilities. Although certain aspects of the hotel would benefit from modernization, the overall experience was comfortable, reliable, and well managed. 📌 Who I Would Recommend It For I would recommend this hotel for: • Business and diplomatic travelers • Guests seeking spacious rooms and full hotel facilities • Longer stays where comfort and practicality matter It may be less ideal if: • You are looking for a highly modern or boutique-style hotel • You want to be within walking distance of major tourist attractions • ⭐ Final Thoughts From my perspective, the Grand Concordia Hotel delivers a dependable and comfortable stay with a strong focus on service and functionality. While there is room for modernization, the hotel succeeds in providing a professional, well-maintained, and welcoming environment. I would consider staying here again, particularly for business or extended visits in Beijing.

The room was amazing 👌. BUT the hotel lied about the entertainment on trip.com. They have pictures of an amazing pool and gym. When I went to ask about them at reception. They said the gym and pool have closed down. It was so disappointing. Extremely. I also had my towels changed everyday because they have holes in the bath towels and even though they changed it. All the towels had holes. It was shocking 😱😱😱. All the towels were tattered and torn. The wifi had extremely slow connection. The only good thing about this was the room size. That was as the pictures depicted.😪😪😪😪 . The hotel states on trip.com that you can use the laundry room. But they dont say that you need to buy or bring your own washing liquid 🤐🤐.

Teddy odasını ayırdık ve başlangıçta sigara içilmeyen bir oda olmasına rağmen odada sigara kokusu vardı. The service was good, a dude presses the lift button as soon as you are headed to the lift and explains how to use the old school insert and remove card in the lift which is the same process for the room. Room is clean and bed very comfy as you would expect. Big bath and nice views with electronic blinds for privacy and sleep time. Shower nice and strong with multiple heads. We enjoyed our stay, breakfast is pricey if you don’t buy it with your room.
