From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home, and I can't say enough good things about Chloe and Melo. They went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay even more special. The hotel is super convenient with a shuttle directly to Universal Studios, which made getting to the park a breeze. And the view from our room overlooking Hogwarts was just breathtaking! It really added to the magic of the trip. One of the best perks is the hotel's connection to a huge, modern shopping mall, no need to venture outside to grab a bite or do some shopping. It's all right there, which was perfect for our family with a young kid. The hotel itself is pristine, with a fresh, new feel throughout. Everything was spotless, and we could tell they really care about keeping the space comfortable and inviting. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Universal Studios. It's the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and great service!

This new hotel is tucked down a side street in a hutong area and looks unassuming from the outside. Once inside you will be amazed at the beautiful spaces. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms even bigger with all the modern comforts you could want. Breakfast is a buffet and had a good selection of both western and Chinese foods. The front desk was incredibly accommodating, helping us order in dinner one night after a very long day.

前台服務特別貼心，辦理入住速度快，還主動告知周邊遊玩路線和餐廳推薦，有問必答超有耐心。房間更是驚喜，空間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約又不失質感，床鋪柔軟舒服，躺上去像陷進雲朵裏，一整晚睡得超香。衞生也沒得挑，床單被罩潔白無污漬，衞生間乾淨整潔，連細節都處理得很到位。

I stayed at Cordis, Beijing Capital Airport for one night from January 14 to 15 and had a wonderful experience😍 The atmosphere of the hotel is very calm, comfortable, and welcoming — exactly what you need when traveling. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making the stay feel easy and pleasant from the very first moment. The airport transfer was perfectly organized, punctual, and seamless, which made the whole experience even more stress-free. Everything worked clearly and smoothly, both to and from the airport. A great choice for an overnight stay near the airport — comfortable, reliable, and with truly excellent service. I would definitely stay here again🙂🙌🏻

The facilities were great. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable it was perfect for a family with 2 young children. The location is a bit far from the center. If you don’t mind the 20 min ride then I would definitely recommend this serviced apartment.

The bed was particularly comfortable, and I appreciated the well-thought-out lighting and overall room layout. While everything functioned well, a refresh in certain areas would further elevate the overall experience. The service was good, a dude presses the lift button as soon as you are headed to the lift and explains how to use the old school insert and remove card in the lift which is the same process for the room. Room is clean and bed very comfy as you would expect. Big bath and nice views with electronic blinds for privacy and sleep time. Shower nice and strong with multiple heads. We enjoyed our stay, breakfast is pricey if you don’t buy it with your room.
