Our suite was impeccably maintained, with fresh linens, plush towels, and attention to every detail. It felt like a serene retreat after long days exploring the city. Location: Perfectly situated in a vibrant yet tranquil area, the hotel offers easy access to Beijing’s top attractions, trendy cafes, and local markets. We loved strolling through the nearby hutongs one day and enjoying a river cruise the next—all within walking distance or a short ride away. Service: The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. From the warm welcome with sparkling drinks to personalized recommendations for romantic dinners, every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary! Amenities: The hotel’s amenities are designed for relaxation and indulgence. We spent hours unwinding in the tranquil spa, took a dip in the elegant rooftop pool with breathtaking views, and enjoyed modern, well-equipped rooms featuring king-size beds, smart TVs, and luxurious bath products. Even the little touches, like nightly turndown service and 24-hour room service, added to the charm. This new hotel is tucked down a side street in a hutong area and looks unassuming from the outside. Once inside you will be amazed at the beautiful spaces. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms even bigger with all the modern comforts you could want. Breakfast is a buffet and had a good selection of both western and Chinese foods. The front desk was incredibly accommodating, helping us order in dinner one night after a very long day.

The facilities were great. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable it was perfect for a family with 2 young children. The location is a bit far from the center. If you don’t mind the 20 min ride then I would definitely recommend this serviced apartment.

The Prime Hotel met all our needs as a family that encompassed 3 generations. It was within walking distance to the Forbidden City and Jingshan and Behai parks and a reasonable drive by Didi to other attractions. We loved the breakfast each morning with both Western and Asian food. This gave us a chance to try other foods but also enjoy familiar ones. The staff was very helpful with arranging airport transportation and keeping g us well supplied with bottled water. I hope to return again.

All the staff was amazing. Thanks to Monica, Daniel, Thomas and everyone I didn’t name. Such a warm welcome, we had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect and the team is such a great help. It was our first time in China and they were very helpful for bookings and advices. They also are very reactive (we forgot something at the hotel and they were very fast helping us). We enjoyed a lot and will come back for sure.

It was wonderful stay! Facilities, services, locations, breakfast, etc are all fantastic. It was first stay in Beijing with family of four. We stayed three nights at Sofitel and made trip to Great Wall and Universal Studio Beijing. It was easy access by taxi to the both destinations. Each day we spent almost whole day in each location and came back with so much satisfaction. Everyday, there was one more highlight since spending night at Sofitel is wonderful. We could catch comfortable sleep and we knew very nice breakfast welcomes us in the morning. We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Beijing!

Being close to several embassies, commercial offices, and popular areas such as Sanlitun and Solana made getting around relatively convenient. While it is not in the immediate city-center tourist zone, I found transport straightforward, with taxis readily available and metro access within walking distance. This location worked especially well for business-related commitments and appointments. 🛏️ Rooms & Comfort The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a calm and private environment after a busy day. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I appreciated the well-thought-out lighting and overall room layout. Amenities such as reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a minibar added to the sense of convenience. That said, I did notice that some elements of the room décor and technology felt slightly dated. While everything functioned well, a refresh in certain areas would further elevate the overall experience. Nonetheless, the room met my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. 🍽️ Dining & Facilities The hotel offers a good range of on-site dining options, and I found the breakfast buffet to be varied and well-organized. The café and lounge areas provide comfortable spaces for informal meetings or relaxing in the evening. I also made use of the fitness and leisure facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, which were well maintained and easy to access. In addition, the hotel’s extensive meeting and event spaces clearly make it well suited for conferences, corporate functions, and formal gatherings. 🤝 Service & Staff Service throughout my stay was professional and courteous. Staff at reception and guest services were attentive and helpful, particularly during check-in and with general inquiries. While there were occasional minor communication challenges, these did not significantly impact my stay and were handled with patience and professionalism. 📊 Overall Value & Impression Overall, I felt that the Grand Concordia Hotel offers strong value, especially for business travelers or guests with embassy-related or professional engagements in Chaoyang. Its strengths lie in its location, room size, cleanliness, and comprehensive facilities. While there is room for modernization, the hotel succeeds in providing a professional, well-maintained, and welcoming environment. I would consider staying here again, particularly for business or extended visits in Beijing.

The service was good, a dude presses the lift button as soon as you are headed to the lift and explains how to use the old school insert and remove card in the lift which is the same process for the room. Room is clean and bed very comfy as you would expect. Big bath and nice views with electronic blinds for privacy and sleep time. Shower nice and strong with multiple heads. We enjoyed our stay, breakfast is pricey if you don’t buy it with your room.
