服務:先説最打動我的老闆——完全沒有“商家感”，更像熱情的本地朋友。到店時提着大行李箱，老闆立馬主動上前幫忙搬，還提前問了我們的行程，貼心分享了避開人潮的洱海騎行路線、本地人常去的白族菜館，連哪家店的乳扇沙琪瑪不踩雷都細細叮囑。入住期間臨時想借個充電線，老闆二話不説拿來了全新的，還送了自家曬的大理果乾，這份真誠比任何服務流程都更暖人心。
價格:再談性價比，真的超出預期。同價位在大理市區大多是普通民宿，而這裏不僅有獨立庭院，房間裏還配了智能音箱、全景落地窗，每天的早餐也很用心，老闆自己也吃，絕對衞生，分量足還能根據口味調整，對比周邊同配置動輒上千元的酒店，這裏的價格堪稱“良心”，花小錢就能享到高品質體驗。

"We took an overnight flight into Kunming and then the High Speed Train to Dali. We arrived in Happiness Homestay Dali many hours before check in and the PIC was so kind to let us check in early to rest and served us some tea and snacks due to the early arrival.
We were amazed by the superb warm hospitality and impeccable service provided by the PIC. The PIC will always offer to send us to the old town even though it was just a short 8-10 mins walk. There are multiple eateries and convenient stores along the way too. The PIC even assisted in arranging a private chaffeur to tour us around Erhai Lake.
The rooms in Happiness Homestay was awesome too! They were sparkling clean, cozy and well-equipped throughout our 3 nights stay. This cozy room allowed us to rest comfortably after every long day trip we had in Dali.
In this homestay, we received both great hardware (in-room amenities) and marvelous software (kindness, helpfulness, smile etc).
Thanks all staff in Happiness Homestay! We will definitely come back again and recommend this beautiful place to our friends and family."

"We had a wonderful stay (traveling from NY and Poland). The room is world-class—the sunrise view of Erhai Lake from the bathtub is unforgettable.
The highlight was the service. Huge thanks to Cheng Qiqi (程七七) who was incredibly helpful, especially with ordering food and even helping us source a replacement keyboard! Even with a language barrier, the staff was eager to help.
Note on Location: You need a Didi to get around, but they arrive in minutes and the Old City is very close. Perfect for a quiet, luxury getaway. 10/10!

"Si jamais vous allez à Dali , prenez cet hôtel, j'y ai passé trois nuits et je peux confirmer que c'est le meilleur choix . Personnel accueillant , chaleureux et très serviable , surtout la jeune dame au service , d'une extrême gentillesse . L'emplacement est parfait : à une dizaine de minutes de l'ancienne ville de Dali et plein de restaurants et de stands de nourriture juste à côté . Pour visiter les sites touristiques comme lac Erhai ou trois pagodas , il y a des stations bus dédiés juste à côté de l'hôtel qui se trouve dans la zone du transport touristique . Il y a aussi des agences de locations de scooters électriques ou autres tout près . L'hotel est propre , les chambres sont spacieuses , télé fonctionnelle , wifi , douche chaude ... je ne manquerai pas d'y revenir si je reviens à Dali ."

"Love love love this hotel. It's a small cosy hotel with really friendly hosts. The hotel room is so modern and well-equipped that it rivals all the fancy ones.
Room design is very spacious (I really dislike cramp rooms) and is equipped with good quality modern amenities, as well as linens. Bed was definitely very comfortable. The welcome fruit platter was a lovely touch. It's not mere slices but a plate with a variety of fruits.
Love the Xiao Du connectivity which operates all the lights, curtains and basically does everything Siri does.
Location-wise, it is located outside of the ancient town but definitely within walking distance. I deliberately chose this place as it is away from the maddening throng of tourist traffic in XZ ancient town. This place was my refuge which I genuinely looked forward to return to.
I most definitely stay here again when I next Visit Xizhou. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable."

After checking in, the host kindly recommended a few nearby restaurants for lunch, which we really appreciated. We also took advantage of the complimentary transfer to the railway station after checking out, making our departure seamless.
The room we booked had a stunning sea view, and we loved spending time on the balcony, just relaxing and soaking in the scenery. A thoughtful touch was the welcome fruits and pastries provided upon check-in. The room itself was high-tech with a smart system, allowing us to control the lights, curtains, and more with just our voice—such a cool feature! "Okay if you’re looking for serenity, and budget friendly hotel but make it SANTORINI feelings, this is the hotel.
1. They have a really cute pretty amazing cat!!! Which i love!!!!! I came down at the lobby just to play with the cat. The cat’s name is YUMK.
2. The service is a top-notch. The receptionist is so friendly, and welcoming. Though we speak different languages, but they are very accommodating. Thank you so much, really appreciate it.
3. The view??? OMG, superb!!!!!! With automatic curtain, once you wake up from your bed, just press the remote button it opens automatically, you’ll get the best view ever!
4. Toilet has bidet which is a plus point for us Malaysian!
5. Only downside, toilet was not clean up to my standards, that can be improved.
Overall, i love this place with such a nice receptionist, welcoming Yumi cat, and nice view, and great price, what more could i ask for.
It’s 1 hour away from the Ancient City Dali. Just take note. 5 mins away from the Santorini Dali where u can get Chagee and all, but if you know how to use the Scooter they provide the rental service , so thats fine,"

This is the first review I have written for Ctrip and I am very pleased to stay at the property. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in October and received excellent service. We visited from oversea and the owner of the property, Mr. Li, was very hospitable and arrange everything for us. He helped us booked dinners and transportation by finding the local's price and avoiding tourist trap for foreigners like us. He also upgraded us to a bigger suite with a huge terrace with a nice lake view. The property is well managed and everything is as described as listed. We also received fresh rose flower cookies as gift to taste the Yunan specialty. We had a really nice stay and are very appreciated for his service and highly recommend to other travellers whether from local or out of town.

Excellent service! We had to cancel one night out of our two-night stay due to travel delays and were prepared to accept the cost due to the short notice, but the hotel staff went out of their way to offer us a refund. The hotel is located very near the Erhai S bay and the view is perfect from our room. The room is very spacious and comfortable and the bathroom comes equipped with a smart toilet seat and outfitted with L’Occitane toiletries. The staff connected us to hotel concierge on WeChat, served complimentary mung bean dessert to our room and offered us tea everytime we had to wait for a cab at the lobby. Having stayed at two separate Hyatt locations during our trip, I must say that we experienced the best service at this hotel during our entire trip in Yunnan and am extremely impressed. We’ll definitely return if we ever visit Dali again.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, right by the lake. I want to specifically thank the butler who took great care of my room. His name is Mr. Jin Can (金灿). He was very helpful, he communicated very clearly in all situations, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.
He helped me out with great halal restaurant recommendations nearby, I told him about my expected arrivals and departure, and he calmly arranged both airport pick up and drop off for me, and on top of that he was courteous and sincerely cared about my guest experience.
Also, I’m very grateful for the complimentary room upgrade! It was a lovely touch and I appreciate it. Thank you for excellent service and your warm hospitality! I will definitely be back either by myself or with friends!

We had a great one night stay just outside the edge of Dali old town. Service from the staff was fantastic bringing us extra cups to make tea and even better provided shuttle drop-off and pickup direct to the old town.
Room was spacious and well stocked with water and other amenities. Our only wish might be that the glass between the shower and toilet was frosted. In the morning we had a great view of Cangshan. All in all a great stay in a convienent location.

Just got back from an amazing stay at the Pullman Dali !
First off, the views of Erhai Lake are incredible. Waking up to that every morning was worth the trip alone. The hotel is super modern and everything was spotlessly clean—our room felt like a perfect, comfortable retreat.
But the real highlight was the service. A huge shoutout to our room assistant, Tracy! She was so attentive and helpful. For two days, she was basically my personal ”Ask Me Anything” guide for the hotel and Dali. Need a restaurant tip? Ask Tracy. How to work the lights? Tracy knows. Extra pillows? Tracy's on it. She answered every single question and made everything so easy and smooth.
If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable hotel with stunning views and staff who genuinely make your stay better, this is it. Thanks especially to Tracy for making our trip so special!

Oh, you have to hear about my recent stay at a hot spring hotel in Erhai, Dali! It offered the most breathtaking views and truly exceptional service I've ever encountered. The weather was simply divine during my visit, and waking up to that fantastic vista of the lake and mountains each morning was just so refreshing and peaceful for the soul.
The manager was an absolute gem – so friendly and full of brilliant suggestions for activities and places to explore. He even thoughtfully arranged a sleeping guard for the kids' bed, just in case, which was such a kind gesture!
I also really appreciated how, when I inquired about a gym with day access, he personally looked into it and got back to me that same afternoon. And that evening, when I was ready to go, he had the butler drive me right there! It was truly a fantastic experience for my entire family. I couldn't recommend this place more highly!

對比好幾家酒店，本來想住海邊的，朋友極力推介這家，果然讓我中了個大彩票哈哈！
全白房子像地中海某國，加上2.8米大床軟到想直接焊在這！落地窗前是那種豪宅才有的嵌入式泡澡池，可以想象端杯紅酒愜意地躺在温暖的池中，輕啜杯中紅酒透過落地窗望向遠處洱海的浪漫場景。
原本訂的是688基礎房，結果被房東塞了豪華觀景大套間，這波血賺啊！
樓下院心還藏着一個小泳池，可惜天涼沒敢跳，哈哈。
自駕來超順，214國道拐進來就幾百米，停車也比較方便。
最絕的是晚上！趕上老闆搞party，被邀請蹭了頓烤肉，沒花一分錢，還結識幾個成都小姐姐，簡直太愛了～
聽前台小哥哥説後山還有德國小木屋，先記在願望小本本上，下次帶姐妹團一起嘗試一下！
祝老闆生意爆好，下次來還想蹭飯！嘿嘿……

這家民宿真的太驚艷了因為第二天我悶要去蒼山然後就找了附近的，他家真的很棒不知道為啥排名這麼靠後，一進到院子就聞到一陣花香店長説那是風車茉莉，進到前台以後真的就是滿滿的花園景色很舒服很漂亮，房間裏也是非常乾淨衞生浴袍可以感受到是很好的那種，到店還準備好了歡迎茶點真的很解乏解渴，還有民宿裏採摘的鮮花做的花皂很清香説是用了何首烏和綠茶精油，店長服務也是滿分很親切
