"Location is not in Taipa district, with no shuttle connecting to hotel after 2210 after Water Dance show ends. The hotel is under renovation and access to other block may be blocked and require extra walking. The decoration in this hotel is a bit plain, the wooden furnitures looks a bit old. Nice mattress, pillow, slippers, Water, Free soft drinks, Tea bagd are provided. The room is almost sparkling clean. The mosaic interior of the bathroom is very lovely and impressive."

"We have an amazing & wonderful stay at Studio City Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It really set the tone for the entire stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the attention to detail—from the fresh linens to the well-stocked bathroom—was impressive. What stood out the most was the level of care and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always ready with a smile and thoughtful recommendations. Overall, this hotel delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"I recently stayed at Wynn Palace Macau and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's grandeur and elegant design immediately impressed me. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring my stay was flawless from start to finish. My room was luxurious, offering a panoramic view of the Cotai Strip that was simply breathtaking. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes. Dining at their restaurant was a highlight, with superb food and impeccable service. Wynn Palace Macau went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next visit!"

"Stayed at Altira Macau on my birthday and had a fantastic experience. The room was well prepared, and check-in was smooth. Special thanks to the front desk and concierge team for helping receive my birthday cake and for storing a case of wine that arrived ahead of time, which made the celebration hassle-free. As always, the hotel’s service quality was excellent. The telephone operator was consistently polite and addressed me by name, and every staff member provided sincere and heartfelt service. I would gladly stay again. Overall, Altira Macau maintains a high standard of hospitality, and I highly recommend it for special occasions."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking. When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance. In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes. Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)"

"We had a blast during our stay in Andaz unexpectedly. We came with family and kids love to play the Waterpark in galaxy! Hotel is quite new and facilities were all top notch! Rea and Charles at the concierge counter was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the wonderful stay! ❤️❤️❤️"

"My family and I just wrapped up a wonderful 2-night stay at Nuwa Hotel Macau, and wow – we’re already planning our return! From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt personalized, warm, and genuinely thoughtful. Here’s why Nuwa stands out: ✨ Standout Staff Shoutouts: - Tiffany at Front Office was an absolute gem! So welcoming, efficient, and sweet – she set the tone for our stay perfectly. - Bellboys were always alert, helpful, and ready with a smile whenever we needed assistance. - Housekeeping deserves huge praise! They arranged a shower chair for my elderly mom during turndown service – no fuss, just pure kindness. ❤️ - Gym Attendant Arnold went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only was he super friendly, but he personally escorted my mom to the changing room and ensured she felt comfortable. The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us! 🍽️ Room Service & Integrity: We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action! 🎯 Management That Listens: At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. It wasn’t just about fixing a mistake; it was about valuing us as guests. 💯 Final Verdict: Nuwa isn’t just a hotel – it’s a place where **staff treat you like family**. Their attention to detail (especially for elderly guests), proactive service recovery, and consistent warmth made our stay unforgettable. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND** for families, couples, or anyone seeking luxury *with* heart. We’ll 100% be back soon! Thank you, Team Nuwa – you’ve set the bar sky-high!👏🏼💫"
